I went through the drive-thru yesterday afternoon. First, as we ordered, the person taking our order was very rude. The voice sounded feminine, but I don’t know for sure. After everything i said, they responded with “What else?” I asked for a small onion ring and the tone in their response felt rude as they said, “There is only one size.”
That didn’t need to be said. If there is only one size, that’s the size I want!
Then I completed the order and proceeded to the window. Where i sat for over 12 minutes! No drink, no one to let me know there might be a long wait, no apology, not even anyone to address us at all.
I did see multiple police vehicles in the parking lot and I could see a police officer through the window who appeared to be talking to an employee taking notes. So I understand that there probably would have been a wait due to whatever incident took place, but the fact that no one took a moment to tell me anything was poor customer service.
It’s a good thing I hadn’t been charged yet, because I left. Food was probably wasted and I’m sorry for that, but I am not going to sit that long without any attention at a customer service establishment. I hope that my review can help you improve operations, because I always enjoy your food, but the customer service at this location needs a lot of work.

We went in around 9 pm. Nobody dining in. Although there was a lot of drive thru. Our cashier was very nice. She went the extra to bring us our tray of food. Dining room was clean. We would definitely come back.

Would eat here more often but it always takes a long time to get your food which is usually pretty good. They need to hire more help. They pull you around to keep times down but having a worker literally run wind sprints from kitchen to outside guest isnt fair to the employee/manager. This also poses issues of safety. This place is in front of a Walmart and they should have a line like our McDonalds but they just dont have fast enough ticket times to pump through there restaurant.

As a resident of Winslow, I had previously chosen not to dine at the local Carl’s Jr due to several concerns. Nevertheless, after hearing about the recent management change, I decided to provide the establishment with another chance. I am thrilled to report that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The staff (specifically my cashier savanna) displayed remarkable courtesy, and the food was served efficiently and was exceptionally tasty. The western bacon cheeseburger was likely the best I’ve ever had, and the chicken tenders were equally delightful. I strongly recommend this location, especially to those who may have been hesitant to visit due to past experiences. The new management has clearly made significant strides in improving the overall dining experience.

I’ve ate here probably 5 or so times before I left this review each time they were out of stuff place was filthy or the food was stale. The buns seem to always be old and not to mention it’s always a wait no matter how many people are there. Recommend going else where especially for the price you pay. I personally won’t be returning.
