It had been almost 8 years since our last visit to IHOP in Vegas, so it was nice to be back after such a long time. Our server was very friendly and professional. The food took a little longer than expected, but everything else was great! It was quiet and comfortable for dining.
One more thing to add: we didn’t know that a military discount was available, but our server kindly asked us about it and made sure we received the discount. Much appreciated.

Sunday brunch with the family. Food was really good. Service needs to be improved. They seem slow and not much communication of what is going on between each other. Wish there was a divider between booths because I feel like there is not much privacy from other tables conversations. Restaurant temperature is cool from this summer heat.

5 stars! I went with my dad and I had an amazing time, the environment was clean and good the serving was fast and the food was nice and hot and delicious so cudos to the cook. The manager was amazing, asking if everything was fine, definitely would have daughter and father time at this location again. You go Ihop!!

Came in for food with my siblings and we had a blast! the kids got cupcake pancakes and LOVED them, my steak tips were amazing and completely fulfilling. our server ciara was patient and super friendly with the little ones as well!

I was craving pancakes so I decided to stop by. There were very few customers so I thought it would be quick to get seated. Not the case. There was no greeting, no common courtesy to at least say..” I’ll be with you shortly, ma’am.” I continued to wait and two more employees show up and they started to chat and joke around. So there were 3 employees behind the check-in counter and none of them bothered to help me. Time went by and they all left and went to the back. I sat down at this point. Got back up and went to the counter. Finally a guy came to help me out. He’s name is Devante’ and he was working extra hard to serve his customers while the others take their sweet time. Thank you Devante for working hard! I’d give it a 5 star but the greeters didn’t know how to treat customers. They need to understand that they are the ones that set the tone for that restaurant as soon as a customer walks in. So they need some training by the manager.

The waiter must have been brand new. He was very bad honestly. He forgot numerous things from our order and had to go back literally 10 12 times. It was bad. My daughter got her toast with the check. It was that bad. Everything was terribly cold. And rubbery. We are still waiting to pay after the check 20 minutes later. Its awful. There is a ton of seating because it’s that bad. Our check is $89.00 for 5 people. It was bad all the way around. Would not recommend ever again. Literally ever. Don’t come here unless you have patients of a saint. Sorry. But you guys gotta do better. Eventually we will pay and get to go from this prison. If we were terrible people we can walk out right now. I bet they wouldn’t notice for 20 more minutes. Its bad ya’ll

I ordered a crispy fish platter and my food was brought out in a bowl. I had to request a plate, I didn’t get all my fish at one time. I received two pieces and had to wait on the third. I had stopped coming here but my son requested this establishment and I had a floaty in the lemonade, had to send it back. I definitely will not be returning.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We was seated and waited for 35 minutes without even being asked what we would like to drink. I went to the host to ask about where our server was, she didn’t apologize she just walked away. We got up and left.

I waited at the table reading the menu and that was my experience. I had to leave because nobody came out to serve us. The place wasn’t even busy. I’m not asking for service because I don’t trust people with my food when comes to this.

I’m from out of town visiting family and my bf and I decided to get a quick breakfast. I was thoroughly disappointed to find that there was barely any servers and my server i believe her name was Olga was the only one who seemed to care about my order being wrong. I requested to speak to the manager who never even showed up to check if things had been resolved. My eggs were wrong and they forgot my bacon and my server was trying to wait on other tables with no help and correct my food. I had to wait for a reorder . To say the least I come from food management myself in the past for hotels and catering venues, so I was disappointed at the lack of managerial service as well as lack thereof staff to assist one to two servers on tables. Disappointed bc i love Ihop. The stars I gave were only bc my server did her best which I appreciated. I will def consider other dining options next time I’m in town. Please do better than this!
