I placed an order in the app and forgot to modify the order before checking out. Went thru the drive thru, asked to modify the order. Was told because it was already paid for, no changes could be made. I wasn’t adding any food just changing the toppings of the burger. The worker then said they could modify it. Went to second window where the person verified the change. Pulled away and went home to find that the change was never made. Very poor service!! I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

Honestly this McDonald’s has become the worst McDonald’s in town. They say I complain too much well it’s kind of hard not to complain when you order food and you asked for it to be made fresh because you were having issues of it being overcooked or undercooked or cold but yet you asked for it to be made fresh and this is what you receive in the photos below if I could honestly leave a zero star review I would this is ridiculous now they ask for 18 to 20 dollars an hour no not worth it. to the heavyset brunette lady said that I complain too much which was working tonight I really hope corporate sees this because it’s almost every time I go in there that something isn’t right or messed up I would not even feed this to my dogs. The one on Dixie is way better they’re just not open as late

Again another zero star rating if I could same order and after tonight will not be going back ever again. The utter disrespect from the general management which i am not going to name names they knows exactly who they are when an order came in and it was almost $20 when questioned about is that a meal they made the comment that it was not. They then stated you have to ask for it to be a meal. When asked aren’t you supposed to ask the customer that they replied no it’s not my place to. After adjusting the meal price. pull forward to the next window waiting on the food you can hear them screaming from the back of the establishment to the front employees complaining about the person who questioned them stating that it’s not there job to ask you if it’s a meal or not. The sandwich that was received that was asked to be made fresh was so drenched in what appeared to be Burger Greece that literally the container was soggy. if you read through the reviews for this place you will find out that there’s been mentioned before with yelling at employees making employees to do reviews to make the rating better there’s been questionable handling with food I urge you guys not to go to this establishment choose a different location like Monroe Street or Dixie. At the time of this review I will be reaching out to corporate. Below is going to be a picture of the container the sandwich came in just to prove my point. The updated photo will be the one without the sandwich in it the other two are from 3 months prior.

Took 22 minutes for 3 burgers, a 4 piece & 6 piece nugget and 3 pops. Burgers was suppose to have extra pickles, did not. One cheeseburger had ketchup only (asked for extra pickle got none), NO napkins. Husband went to ask about our food and they said longest wait time was 8 minutes, couldn’t be when ours was already 15 minutes after our ticket time. The lady didnt even care. There was an order before us that had been waiting even longer and an order after us that required everyone go get it fixed because they messed theirs up. Will NOT be returning to this place. I will go downtown monroe before ever going back to this one.

This Mc Donalds use to be the best place ever now it’s absolute trash. We waited for 15 minutes just for some dumb fries and a cheese burger. Just go to Burger king atleast they actually have common sense and they don’t mess up. This is a drive thru not a sit for ever thru. I do not recommend this Mc Donalds. Also is it really hard to give us some freaking napkins, BECAUSE I KNOW YOU HAVE PLENTY IN THERE.

The person taking the orders was at the window where you pay, he was friendly. The person handing you your food was a little annoyed that I wanted a drink carrier for my 2 large drinks. The food was hot and fresh. Including my 3 large fries without salt… Which is normally a toss up as to whether they will be made the way I ordered… which is hot, fresh, and without salt (not two out of the 3). One of the filet o fish looked gross. It had either something that was burned floating in the grease or something else. I just don’t know what it was, but I didn’t even get a bite, it ruined my appetite. I might give this McDonald’s on Telegraph Rd. in Monroe, MI one more try, but it won’t be anytime soon.

Waited in drive through 2nd car in line however other line filled and i ended up being last after 6 or 7 cars waited a long time to recieve my order 3 lg. Fries …. cars kept getting their orders and leaving .like 5 or 6 more cars then I beeped waited beeped again …she finally comes to window …you honked at me …my reply yes I did I want my order ..I’ve been waiting in line and here a long time I was second in line ended up being last …now still waiting ……..someone yelled from inside telling me to go ….I said I will when I get my m9ney back or my order …

This McDonald’s is absolute trash. Every time I have been it has been an awful experience. (Which have only been three times and not by choice…) Today I stopped to get my little girl a happy meal. We literally just moved back to Michigan from Connecticut and got a house up the street from there so it’s what you would call convenient. My daughter, who is 3, took one bite of her food and spit it out. I felt her food it was cold. Like cold COLD. If a 3 year old is spitting out McDonald’s then there definitely is a problem. I called and the response I got was “come on back, I got you.” Now I can’t say for sure who it was I spoke to but it’s Friday October 3rd at 930pm- the manager that addressed the situation was absolutely unprofessional to say the least. I mean I know that McDonald’s has yonger employees but to be probably in your 40 to 50s and lollygagging with the highschoolers like you are one of them is extremely unprofessional. Nobody should be gossiping about the things I heard as well as having phones out. Also I went back up there to get my daughter fresh fries only to get handed a lukewarm small. I will not ever be returning I will make it a point to drive out of my way to the Monroe street McDonald’s if and when I will ever eat McDonald’s. The other two times I have ate at this particular McDonald’s I have gotten severely ill vomiting and I’m sure you all can imagine- it was a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple more mins. Your stomach will thank you. Plus it’s cleaner.
