The staff were nice but food took a while to come out. They locked the bathroom so customers had to them to unlock it (really annoying). There were sockets on the high tables but none of it worked.
Many tables inside. Nice mural on the wall. It was clean enough as McDonald’s.
When we were heading out, there were at least 6-7 people waiting for their orders. They couldn’t keep up with the volume.

This McDonald looked so new inside, probably due to a recent renovation. Lots of space to sit and dine. It was mostly clean. They had drive thru and curb side pickup as well. There were multiple self order kiosk, which we used to order our lunch. We got the happy meal and 10 piece nuggets. It took them a while to get the order ready. Very unusual for McD. But I liked the nuggets. Sauces were good.

This store should not offer Uber Eats. I’ve had repeated issues and today after the order was delayed by a half hour it was cancelled.
Just don’t offer a delivery service if you can’t manage it. It’s really that simple.
Editing to add a response to the owner:
There is nothing wrong with the service Uber provided. I watched not one, not two, not three, not four, but FIVE drivers attempt to go to your restaurant to pick my order up, and they all had to leave empty handed because the order wasn’t ready.
If you truly want to help, please take responsibility for the issue, which is solely your restaurant’s. I ended up ordering from another McDonalds once my order was cancelled, and I had no issues.

Good McDonald in Springfield! Toilets doors are lock n need to ask staff press button to access! Very inconvenient! Many people have to kick the door before realize this! They should put up notices! Also sandwiches here not hot enough! This is no good

My daughters started going to a program so we stopped at this McDonald’s to eat beforehand. I took them to the bathroom, and when we came out my daughter ate a nugget before a man came over and told us a guy had come in and was going through their happy meals, so they shouldn’t eat them. I told the staff, and no one cared so had to rebuy food. My daughter started vomiting a hour later.
Figured it would be safer to go through the drive thru, so we ordered and were told there were no chocolate shakes, only to pull up to the windows and see a shake sitting right there. The kid looked sheepish when questioned and made us a shake.
Went today and and was told they were putting the milkshake machine back together after cleaning at 11:30 a.m. I canceled the order and left. We won’t be back to any McDonald’s in this franchise. If you don’t want to make shakes then stop advertising them and take them off the menu.

So to start we went to the drive through to get our food that we ordered from the app they said that we don’t have any sodas we only have juice so we were obviously confused and a little pissed off so we asked for a refund and she said no I can’t do anything for you since you ordered it on the app when the app literally says if you need a refund go to the place where you got you food so yeah that got us a little mad but we said alright just give us the food and we’ll get soda else where and they told to park at lane 3 and they will bring us our food 40 minutes pass by and still no food now I’m more pissed off cause now I have to go inside I go inside to ask if they are almost done and I think the manager came and said what do I need I said that we have been waiting outside for 40 minutes and we didn’t get out food he says really let me go talk to the person you guys ordered with She was acting all confused, saying what? And then she was like oh those are the people with the moral order. I said you have to do something online and I stated again we told you to make us our food and we’ll get our sodas Lpz. We’re not to cancel the whole thing and the manager well I think the manager he came up to me. What were y’all missing? What was the main thing? I said it was just a soda as we told them, don’t give us a soda and we’ll do it and he kindly enough gave us the refunds on the soda and then I waited their thing and they were making my food and he said are you OK? Were you still standing in there and I said I’m still waiting on our food, he asked the person and she said no we haven’t even started with their food cause I didn’t know they was getting anything I could tell. He was getting a little pissed off and he told them to make the food he told me to give her the receipt so that she don’t mess anything up. I grabbed all the food when she finishes go to the car and we are missing 2 four Piece nuggets and two small fries. Also, they missed the Sundae The McFlurry and two more double cheeseburgers so that’s why I’m giving them a bad review.

Service and people are great, inside the store is nice to sit and eat.Its the Stray people that hang around the building and ask for food or money that is the problem! They hang around at anytime of day! They trick the new comers into buying them food or giving them money! Fix it

This is a weird place. Seating is for more than 70 people as much as I counted, and there’s more. They had 12 recepticals. And all of them were off. I told them maybe breaker is tripped of off. They said sorry we can’t turn them on. And then I see a rule 30 minutes time limit while consuming food…. What in the world….

We stopped around 10:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve and we ate here because literally nothing else was open at that time. I had to use the bathroom really bad so the first thing I did was go to the ladies room which was a big mistake. I think a bathroom is a reflection of an establishment. And this one had me feeling like I caught something. It had 2 stalls and one of them was locked so you couldn’t even go in & the other stall had either water or urine all over the floor and in front of the toilet so you had to step on it. Looking more closely the toilet seat also have either water or urine on it. I had to pee really really bad and I didn’t think I could hold it long enough to make it out to the dining area to not only complain but to wait for someone to clean it so I had to attempt to bravely clean it myself. I wiped the seat with toilet paper and wiped up most of the mysterious liquid. When I went to grab more toilet paper to finish cleaning it a second time the toilet paper ran out. I then had to make a decision….either finish cleaning or drying the seat ( but still wouldn’t be sit on it because of course there were no paper toilet seat covers) or hover above the wet mystery liquid and use the last 3 squares to wipe myself. I chose the latter. I washed my hands around the wet clumps of forgotten paper towels or whatever it was laying around the sink area and left disgusted.
While I was getting ready to order another customer was trying to enter the dining room from the outside with her bicycle and what I believe is a manager told her she could not bring the bicycle inside. Mind you it’s 10:30 at night there was only maybe two other people here and it was Christmas Eve. Maybe if they spent that much time and effort on cleaning their bathrooms as they did being heartless to their customers it would be a safer and more enjoyable visit.
The food took a rather long time as there was only like 2 other people and maybe a few in drive thru if that. The dining room was disgusting as the pictures will show. Sticky floors with stains, trash littered counters, floors, tables and soda station, sticky soda substance on soda covers in the soda area etc…
Now we are getting to the quality of the food. The fries were cold and the bacon on the “signature crafted sandwich” was burnt to a crumbling blackened crisp as was the crispy chicken patty. Also one of the patties was about 50% larger than on the other same exact sandwich. The buns also looked burned and the sandwich itself was dry. We had the same exact sandwich at a different location the night before so we knew what the sandwich was supposed to look like. Even worse had we never ordered the sandwich before that, that would have been marketing suicide as we would have thought the sandwich was intended to be like that, therefore never ever having ordered it again.
Before I knew about the poor quality of the food I had went up to the registers to ask for ketchup salt in mayo. I was told they did not have packets of mayonnaise and then she blindly stared at me. I then said “okayyy well can you squirt some in a cup or something” then she reluctantly said okay and then charge me $0.54 for a condiment.
The only thing that even saved them from getting 1 star is the customer service. That awarded them an extra star giving them 2 stars. The manager Frank was very kind, agreeable & apologetic. But even through the refund process it was still a hassle. We were not given a receipt so when he did his figures (after waiting a few minutes while he opened a drawer and took the orders of the customers in line, which he did ask me if it was ok, he was only giving us back $12 and some change when we paid a hair under $20. So after yet more time waiting I finally said “listen here’s the change I was given initially. How about I give you this and you just give me back my $20 bill”, he agreed.
By the time we left it was 11:20pm almost a full hour later.
