This is the second chillys location we have visited in Tampa and on both occasions we ordered chips and salsa, but unfortunately it never made it to the table.
The veggie burger was quite good, and the cheese quesadilla was enjoyable as well. It would be great to see more clearly labeled and expanded vegetarian-friendly options on the menu.
Service was a bit slow — it took about 20 minutes for the burger to arrive — though overall the staff was courteous and attentive.
We’re happy to return, especially if the vegetarian selection continues to grow.

Came here a few weeks ago with the fam on vacation. We came here for lunch after a long flight and we were tired, famished and exhausted. Avelo airlines provided us with absolutely no snacks or drinks for the 2 hour flight so we were beyond famished! I was actually getting nervous because I thought we might starve on that plane. We got here and were instantly greeted by a friendly staff member who took us to our nice cozy booth which was a much needed rest for our asses after that hard stone bench they had us sit on the plane! I got the crispy chicken sandwich with pickles which was absolutely bussin! My mom got the same and my dad and sister got the old timer burgers. We were there for about an hour and we never felt rushed. We r not from around the area so we asked our server what their is to do and she gladly pointed us towards the city. We will definitely be returning soon!

I had an “itch” to step up my home/leftover lunch menu once I saw the email sent to me this morning by Chili’s. I had the smash-burger once before even though I am usually hesitant of burgers because I am fussy. I loved it! So, the email gave me the itch to repeat the treat at this Chili’s less than a mile from me. Due to my budget, disabilities, and not wanting to dine alone, I often opt to do take-out. So, I called, and was greeted by Cina. I had a couple questions, so she put me on with TJ. Having worked the hotel industry in NY, training Cornell Univ students in their quest to work with restaurant, bar, and hotel guests, I have a high level of expectation with service and food. The level of professionalism displayed by both Cina and TJ already scored them a 5* rating. I drove over and picked up my order, getting to meet Cina in person. The smile she showed in greeting me is genuine and often not found in the industry. The great experience was topped off by the incredible lunch I had…only half of because it was more than I could eat. I HIGHLY recommend the “3 for Me” having chosen the Smashburger!! As Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I’ll be back!” (I can’t resist…I even have the doll that says it.) Thank you, TJ, Cina, and Chili’s for inspiringing a 5* rating!!

The servers were amazing, and so was the food. The restaurant was very clean, the rewards for the chips were easy to understand, and the restrooms were super clean. So, I recommend coming here if you want to enjoy a dinner or lunch.

I haven’t been to Chili’s for years. Stopped in today and had great service. Enjoyed a tasty burger, and a great atmosphere. I even talked to the manager and advised her how nice it was to see so many people happy to be at work. Everyone was smiling and taking care of customers and working together. It was great to see, I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back. Best of all they had a deal, we got two burgers, fries, and drinks plus appetizers for $22. Can’t do that at any other chain! Great promo, but we will be back regardless as the people and food was of the utmost quality.

Our waiter was awesome, fast, efficient and engaging. We missed his name but it was table 36 at 2:20pm. Our food was great. Came out quickly and hot. The Black beans lacked a tiny bit of seasoning but overall our food was great. We filled up quick so we didn’t stay long but the waiter was happy to grab us some to go plates. Thanks. The main reason for the star missing was that our cups of water didn’t look very clean however our waiter quickly apologized and grabbed us some to-go cups as requested. We ordered the Chips and Dip, Fried Pickles, Chicken Fajita lunch special, and the Ranchero Chicken Tacos.
