We went twice to Grotto Downtown and had an excellent experience both times. We ordered the Short Rib Gnocchis and they were absolutely outstanding, rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and with an ideal texture. You can really taste the quality and care in the preparation.

The service was also very good. The servers stood out for their detailed explanations of the dishes and helpful recommendations, which made the overall experience even better.

We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Popped in here pre baseball game and was pleasantly surprised. The place was packed but having a reservation meant that didn’t matter. Our server was friendly energetic and helpful. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Had a super good evening at Grotto. Very convenient to Marriott and Convention Center. Excellent food and short ribs were literally the best I have ever had. Mussels were very good in tomato sauce and meatball small plates were perfect size. Our wait staff Keisha was fantastic and truly made the evening 5 star.

We were at the convention center for NCA cheer competition. We walked in not knowing you needed a reservation. The hostess Kate was great! She explained that she couldn’t sit us because they were full. I asked if we could place a to go order and she said yes, that she could help us in a few seconds. While standing there she had found us a table. Kate was so polite and calm under a very busy time with guest who didn’t have the best attitudes. The food was amazing!!!!
