While waiting for my food in the drive through; a manager literally slapped one of the workers hand down due to a minor mistake that could’ve been fixed. It was disturbing to see her do that in front of other workers and myself. The manager was a tall white lady that was rude. Handle situations away from others.

This is one of the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. We waited nearly 5 minutes for a person to take our order, when only 2 others people were in the place. I will say our food order was correct, the cashier was nice, and the food was hot. After that … the drink machines were dirty, the tables were filthy, the floors had sticky stuff all over it in the front and back, and both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were horrific. Overflowing trash cans with diapers and feminine hygiene products, no soap, very little toilet paper, hair all over the sinks. I could hear the employees all laughing and having a wonderful time, and when I walked by they were all huddled together chatting. I like the comradery, and again, very friendly but we were the only ones in the entire restaurant by this time and not a single employee was cleaning anything at all. I don’t expect perfection but when it costs $40 for 3 people to eat, I do expect a clean table and some toilet paper.

Waited 20min for drive thru meanwhile watched at least 20 cars recieve their food and drive around me while I remained parked and waiting. When I finally went in, they had my sitting on the counter and were all arguing about who was supposed to take it out to me. Food was cold and chicke. Strips looked more like chicken nuggets.

First, avoid the outside drive thru. If you are on the outside ordering area, the inside drive thru lane will be prioritized for orders (I watched 3 cars pull up, order and continue before anyone attempted to take my order). Second, this is NOT the McDonald’s to order anything customized. It will confuse staff. I got frustrated with trying to order both at drive thru and in lobby, so I just left. Wasn’t trying to drive to another McDonald’s and roll the dice again for something I wanted to treat myself with, but such is life, it seems.

I orderded a bacon mc double but received just a double cheeseburger instead. This was obviously just an honest mistake and by the time I discovered it we were already 30 minutes away. Too late to turn back. This is no reflection on the staff because they were really great. The burger was just mislabled
