The owner of this franchise charges more for a medium iced coffee ($3+) than any other location on this side of Florida. They also have no problem not giving the proper change if it includes pennies. Imagine all the free money they pocket claiming they cannot get pennies anymore due to the “penny shortage “. Total BS. I have yet to be shorted by any other business. In fact, the Macdonald’s on 19 gave my change that included pennies and when I told the cashier what the 50 store does she even agreed that was wrong…as they have no issue with getting pennies.
Do I sound ridiculous? Maybe, but it is the point. Maybe they should fix all the prices to end in 5 cent increments instead of ripping off their customers.
It’s bad enough the drive thru speakers have sucked for years, the young female cashier has the personality of a sloth, they never show consistency and can never make my coffee correctly.
I’m seriously over this location. I will got out of my way and go somewhere else.

Me and my family went here this evening and it was such a nice time. Im used to rudeness and the staff unhappy. We went there and dined in and the staff were all talking and laughing. The service was awesome. Food was fresh. The manager working tonight was very motivating to her crew. The crew was terrific and I was genuinely surprised. Pay them more because those are the employees you want to keep. 11/20/25 around 930p. Restaurant was a little busy however they were flawless. I know you see so many negative reviews so Im hoping this good review really stands out. Thank you ♥️

this McDonald’s is clean. The service was good. The order came out as requested. Sometimes the fries aren’t the best. The bathroom was clean. The girl at the counter was kind and attentive. Wheelchair accessible. Good for small parties of people. The price is getting a little outrageous for McDonald’s. That’s not the employees fault. Corporate is getting more money hungry i believe. The meals aren’t any better than before. The sizes are getting smaller but the price is getting bigger. Best thing they got is the Mcdouble bundle in my opinion.

I have been waiting and not saying anything for a long time because I really hate to leave bad reviews. No employee should have to pay with their job because of others. I use the table service a lot because I like to read as I wait, but every time they either never bring me my drink filled and sometimes they make me get up and get it. Things I can do, but why offer a service if you don’t intend to execute it. Today however they finally executed the service flawlessly and I hope this review inspires them to do so more often. Ordered largest nuggets and other stuff. Looked in bag at drive through. All looked right. At home nugget box had 3 scrubs in it. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN. Wife calls. Nothing they can do unless we are driving back there to give them the ribs. Oh OK let’s speak with manager. Guy says he is sorry nothing to be done. See ya. Nope not again.

Typical McDonalds. Usually Consistent however our visit today wasn’t the best. We received our food and noticed our hash browns weren’t fresh and were cold. My wife asked for fresh hot hash browns. The girl had such a bad attitude. She shook her head and walked away. We waited and to no avail no hash browns came. My wife went to the counter and asked the man at the counter. Within a few minutes we had hot hash browns. Not the greatest service today. Very let down.

Where to begin….they very rarely ever get your whole order right customer service is horrible just a smile can go a long way instead it’s just a bag shoved in your face and if you get have a nice day you can hear the agravation in it. The kiosk are always breaking down and if you have to go to the counter they act like it bothers them. Do better all McDonald’s, and I mean ALL OF THEM especially the ones here in Hernando county

I’m writing this literally laughing out loud. I ordered through the drive thru. First I received my drinks without ice, no biggie. Then the manager forgot my happy meal. Once again, not a huge deal. I went inside and he grabbed it for me. Nice kid. Then I drive all the way home to find my DQP is a single and a 4 piece nugget was literally a cup of tartar sauce. Needless to say, they might honestly be the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Worst of all, I can’t karren the manager since he’s the one who messed everything up in the first place.

Been to this McDonald’s plenty of times. I always seem to have issues here. Food was not good, my crispy chicken sandwich was like 1/4 inch thick, too crispy and tastes like it has been sitting. Mine and my kids food was all wrong. The restaurant itself and the bathroom were pretty gross. Food all over the floor and restroom was gross. Then I stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes just waiting to ask for a bag to put my kids food that they couldn’t eat in. Definitely unorganized and not well managed. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
