Passing through town stopped for lunch. Plenty of parking. Was greeted very friendly by host and seated quickly. Establishment was clean and bathrooms were clean. Server was friendly. Appetizer (Fried Pickles) were out quick and were very good. The burgers came out at great timing after we finished the pickles. No complaints.

This is easily one of the best Red Robin locations I’ve visited. The Burlington team is incredibly friendly and the service is impressively fast, even during the dinner rush.
The burgers were juicy and built exactly as ordered, and the Bottomless Steak Fries were served hot and seasoned to perfection.
Our server was a total rockstar!!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Red Robin and I want to point out a few things. The hostess was very welcoming as we were greeted with a warming smile and seated pretty quickly. Our orders were taken pretty fast and were brought out to the table with little delay. We did not get the same feeling from the waitress as we did the hostess and she was just ok. Now, Kelton, who brought us our food was charismatic, energetic and very accommodating. His energy is unmatched by anyone else we observed and really cared if everything was ok. Our hats goes out to Kelton for great service. The food was really good and very nice portion.

The Donatos pizzas are delicious and I love that I can get my children kids meals for a decent price. I haven’t dined in recently, but my last experience was great. The waitress was attentive and professional!

It was late and close to closing. Server was very nice and quick to get our order. Food was good, nothing super extraordinary for a burger place. I’m sure my younger kids would love the toy and candy machines at the front door. Yes would go again and maybe try something different.

As always, the food was fantastic! We were seated immediately on a Saturday. There was no wait. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner. The presentation of my burger was great, and it was so delicious. As much as I love the burgers, I honestly believe they have my favorite fries. The seasoning on the fries served with campfire sauce is perfection! Plus, they’re endless! My only complaint is the expense. $18 for a burger and fries at a chain restaurant is a little outrageous, but everything is becoming so pricey everywhere these days.

I am writing about an unresolved refund for an online order placed through the Red Robin website for delivery from the Burlington, NC location on December 21.
The order was scheduled for delivery at 6:30 PM. At 6:45 PM, having received no delivery notifications from DoorDash, I contacted the Burlington Red Robin location and was told the order had left the restaurant some time earlier. I later found the food sitting on my doorstep completely cold, with no delivery notification, text, or confirmation from DoorDash that the order was en route or delivered.
I contacted the restaurant again and was told that because DoorDash handled the delivery, I would need to contact DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash then informed me that because the order was placed directly through the Red Robin website, the refund must be processed as a Merchant Refund, meaning Red Robin would receive the refund from DoorDash and then refund me.
After being sent back and forth multiple times, I spoke with the Burlington location manager, Teresa, who confirmed that she processed the Merchant Refund that same evening, removed the order from the system, and assured me I would receive a full refund. She also stated that documentation was left in the office should there be any follow-up issues.
As of January 3, no refund had been issued. I contacted the restaurant again and spoke with another manager, Clint, who stated he would look into the matter and call me back. I also submitted a request through the Red Robin website. As of January 10, I have still received:
No refund
No follow-up call
No resolution
This order totaled over $90, and the lack of communication and accountability throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Being refunded by DoorDash and then failing to refund the customer is unacceptable. The repeated runaround between the restaurant and DoorDash reflects extremely poor customer service.

I haven’t ate here in about 1 year but Service and Food was above expectations. Did not take long at All to get food out. Waiter Matt was very good humor person. Just a little less than half busy.

Love the Ohio style pizza great staff wish the entrance was bigger it’s tight. Remove some tables and odds and ends at the waiting area to open it up so people waiting on to go orders have more room other than that great location!
