Hubby and I came into town to watch Gary Owen. Had to stop and try this place out and let me tell ya, we were not disappointed. Absolutely great food! We ordered the $72 platter and ate on for 2 days. It’s for a family of 4 but it was just the 2 of us. Welllll worth it!! Everything tasted wonderful. You get 4 sides and 6 sauces to choose from. The potato salad was my least favorite. Loooooved the greens, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. All of the meat was cooked perfectly. So good, definitely would recommend this place!!

I have eaten at several Guy Fieri restaurants. The one is Louisville is nothing like the others. I am still blown away with how bad this place is. Guy should be embarrassed that his name is on the door.
We walked in and the place was really cold. They had portable heaters which didn’t really help. We decided to give it a try anyways. As soon as we tell the girl what we want. She takes a FaceTime call and proceeds to air her business for all to hear. All while trying to prepare our food.
We get our food and sit down. The food at best was subpar. Definitely not worth the price. The table was filthy and several chairs needed to be replaced. On our way out we did notice the other tables were just as dirty.

Our bartender Whitley was amazing. Giving us incredible facts and history of Louisville. Crafted spectacular drinks. Friendly service we will definitely come back. We also got to see Daniel and his terrific photos of 4th Street.

Food is a 2, value is a 1. Name and location don’t make a good dining experience. I didn’t expect top shelf bbq like a local place would have but I expected more. Ordered ribs, 1/4 rack which equaled 3 small ribs. And pulled pork which had a decent portion and was ok. But what bbq place offers only 1 small cup of bbq sauce ( like 1 or 2 tbs)? Baked beans were ok. Disappointing dining experience especially when there are so many other good choices in the area. Would like to see Guys review of his own place. Bar staff was friendly and good!

I recently moved here and wandered in here yesterday for food. I was an enjoying some brisket before my shift at BC23 just right around the corner. I enjoyed the company and the prompt helpful of Iliana as I grew to love the place and their Carolina mustard sauce: it reminds me of the sauce my uncle uses back home with his bbq catering company. I came in again today in search and of a friendly face and that’s when I found Whitley at the bar. Her chipper demeanor and ability to carry on a conversation carried weight with me instantly. After enjoying some collards and barbecue, she was kind enough to introduce to Mallory. She’s a kind member of management that cares about operations and makes that evident. Before I forget, the kitchen staff was so friendly. Their recommendations were sincere. The food was fire and I will be back!

This was just an average restaurant. It was a great experience. The staff behind the counter was helpful and knowledgeable. I forgot the staff members name but he answered every question I had. The food was cooked perfectly. My only complaint about this place is that they don’t season. The food was very bland. I give four stars because the cook really was perfect on every item it’s just lacking flavor profiles and for a company owned by someone known for flavortown I expected more. Would I go back? Yes because I know that the food would be dependable. Would I throw this one on a recommendation list. Probably not.
