Wow…Greeted with a friendly hello, as soon as I entered the store. Friendly staff member helped me out. I ordered the special of the day Country Fried Steak. Was ready super fast. Delicious!!! All inside areas were very clean.

Came in tonight and stood at the front for well over 5 minutes..no exaggeration . and no one said a thing to us.. there were 3 people I could see in the back , a guy cooking chicken a girl helping drive threw and another lady who was drying her hands looking at us walking back n forth in and out of the office.. they werent busy at all., I said to my husband as they stood behind the chicken looking at us I can’t believe noone has said hi I’ll be right there or anything .. the girl looked at me with a glare.. come to find out she don’t speak English, but that’s no reason to be rude.. I don’t speak Spanish and can still hold a finger up and say, Uno Momento!! Finally after finishing drive threw orders:. Alex came to the front to help us.. he was very kind and helpful and You could tell he was doing everything there himself!! I Was really excited to bring my kids and family here to show them my first job that I ever had with this place.:and it was not the best.. thanks to Alex we were happy!! Good thing you have him! Everyone else needs some personality and people skills which had at 14!! Kindness and Acknowledging people is super important, even if you don’t want to help them!

The last three times I’ve ordered from this location they can not get orders filled correctly. Don’t know if its bad training or bad management. Either way questions food handling quality if they can’t do things properly.

I usually eat at Subway. I stopped at this KFC as a convenience. On the way home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean store with happy staff and the food was great. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were so moist and juicy!

I always go through the drive through. This KFC always has fresh food, and exceptional customer service. The one in Roy has old food, and rude employees. They talk to themselves. I almost gave up KFC for good until. I had went to this one. My spicy wings were fresh, and they smiled at me. They acknowledged my presence, and made me feel happy. I will be back. I am never going to the Roy one ever again. Thank you employees for caring. I appreciate you.

Slowest “fast food” I have ever seen. The app says your order is ready but it’s not. I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes after our said the order was ready, and I even waited 15 minutes after I placed the order to even drive there.

Got a mashed potato, they smelt like cow and tasted really off. Came back for a replacement, the new batch also smelt like cow. They replaced it for another side. Only reason it is a 2 star instead of one star is because the staff was friendly and replaced it without complaints. Would have given a higher rating if a little extra was provided for the hastle. GM or someone may want to check the batches of mashed potatoes, I’m sorry I’ve eaten her plenty of times and they taste fine every time and something was not right about those potatoes.
