I had such an amazing experience. New to the area and Miss Shannon the assistant GM was very warm, welcoming, and very hospitable. I came with a large family of 6 and she was patient, understanding and made us feel very comfortable. The food was delish! Ordered the trio. Boneless Wings were perfect. Salad bar was fresh and walkways stocked. Food came out hot and fresh with very little wait. It was overall a great experience and our new family spot.

My husband and I went to this Ruby Tuesday for Valentine’s Day. After being seated the manager, Shannon, came around and showed us a valentine basket filled with goodies that she had personally made herself, that she was giving away. She told us to write our name and number on our receipt and that we could be the lucky winners of the basket. Lo and behold she called me on Monday the 16th telling me that we had won! Shannon is so warm hearted, down to earth, and so very sweet and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Everything came out hot and exactly as ordered, and you can really tell they take pride in the quality of their meals.
What truly made the visit stand out was the excellent customer service. The manager, Shannon, was absolutely amazing—professional, welcoming, and very attentive. She checked in to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests.

My family and I came to eat here on a Saturday night and they were extremely understaffed. However the manager Shannon handled it with class. She greeted all 6 of us in my party & was able to accommodate us. She was very attentive, friendly, and with everything going on she remembered all our orders without writing them down. She made our great grandmother feel so special especially when she found out she’s about to turn 103 in a few months. Shannon we truly appreciate you and hope you get the help you deserve.

One of our go to spots. The food is consistently enjoyable. Staff is always hard working as they are always short handed. You can’t beat the salad bar. They always have great specials as well. Very good value.

My husband wanted to try something new on the menu. But when they brought it out, he did not like it. He was not going to say anything and just settle. When Shannon asked how was our food, my husband’s said it all. She immediately jumped into action providing him with something that he truly enjoyed.

I’ve never written a review but this place deserves a big shout out for excellent service, food and atmosphere!! I was greeted by Sabrina with a warm smile and her fun personality. Then Dustin greeted me at the table with a smile and a friendly conversation. The food was perfect. No joking, it was a wonderful experience!! I wish other restaurants raised their dining standards to meet the “Ruby Tuesday” standard. Well done Ruby Tuesday of Concord!!! It was a pleasure and I will be back.

Not really what it used to be. It needs an overhaul. The concept of a salad bar with fresh veggies works with the variety of options they have. The service us good but the quality of food has suffered.

I got the steak and rib combo. Ribs were good. Steak looked and tasted like it was boiled. This is not a grilled steak. Ruby no longer includes vegetables. Geez come on people. No wonder the restaurant is always empty
