Whoever made the pies for today with this time stamp, I hope every light on your way home is green. I hope your pillow always stays cool & fluffed. I hope you win the lottery one day. For the first time in my 30 years of life, I had warm perfectly baked golden holiday pies. I was hesitant to get them but took the risk & it paid off. Thank you. To the owners of this franchise, you should be proud of the worker that earned this store locations praise. The Grinch Meal was also delicious & fresh. But the pie stole the show lol

Only thing I have a problem with is the side where people pick up their food. People in drive thru don’t pay attention to people walking across the parking lot after they get their food at the window. They just start driving off and im not sure if there’s a sign or not to watch for pedestrians but there should be. It should be common sense for drivers but apparently they lack that. Overall my experience the food is good the building is clean.

I dont dine in. When i have McDonald’s, I always order in the app and pick up at the counter on my lunch break in the evening. And so far I’ve had no complaints. Its a 5 minute drive to get there and my food is always hot and waiting on the counter. And so far my order has always been correct.

Second window waited 23 minutes for 6 nugget’s
Double cheese
Large tea large mocha
Girl never said nothing just handed us the order no sorry about time nothing.
On top of that food was cold.
Great place. Kids need a lesson about a paying customer that is not paid to just sit there and horse around.

Fast food – ordered at 5:12 for my 18 month old daughter. Food received at 6:21.
Came for the playland on a road trip. Waited forever but they were busy, so after 45 min I go ask for my order. The kid was very frazzled, walked away, checked, but never got back to me. (She was visibly shaking, apparently there were a lot of orders gone wrong).
An adult comes by, very nice at first. Here’s my order and said she put it out and called it. I replied with on the number it says it will be brought to the table if you leave it out in a stern voice. (That’s when she’s done with me) We were in the play place so we never heard it called nor was it brought out like the instructions say.
The other adult comes up and asks for a receipt, we don’t have one bc the automated machine is not printing receipts, aka out of paper, further incompetence. They didn’t want to give us our food bc we didn’t have the receipt. We ended up working it out, but it’s still ridiculous.
1) if you have a system, follow it (aka take number, put on table, bring to table)
2) don’t get rude if you’re not the following the system
3) I watched others wait 45+ minutes for food, it’s fast food not a ma and Pa shop.

They refuse to bring you your food (when the table placard says they will) and if you don’t get it yourself they’ll let it sit and get cold, not to mention rude when i asked for my cup and fries were 2/3 full at most

was ok ish could have been acknowledged better when asking for my child’s chocolate milk thev didnt get toilets were a mess in mens restroom with urine no soap in playroom bathroom and door to it’s restroom the nob was falling off floors were filmy with dirt and no Snow in the ground making it dirty took forever to empty overflowing trash cans only five workers others were nowhere to be found problem I think thev were new or something else workers in restroom too long on the phone sodas all different types were very syrup like do these ever reach a ceo?

Went in for a simple McFlurry. Couldn’t get a receipt and waited for over 10 minutes. Lady working there kept yelling in front and back of house. She was more concerned with her family or friends that were there than actual customers. Multiple people without uniforms kept walking in the back kitchen with outside food and supplies. People who knew the workers would just go behind the counter and take cups. Was a free for all and definitely felt unsanitary with the amount of people and outside supplies going back and forth in the kitchen. Meanwhile the drive thru line was packed but staff was more concerned about their “party” going on. Very unprofessional.

Food was Luke warm. I asked for extra pickles and got none. I went up and asked again for extra pickles. There was a young transient girl begging for food from all the patrons
And a gentleman camped out in an out of the way table. An emoyee sat on the curb next to our vehicle, blowing cigarette smoke until we set off our car alarm. She then stood right next to the entrance and smoked. Not good for folks with breathing issues.

The drive through worker on the intercom this afternoon was very kind and patient with me. The food was out very quickly and hot! While I dont like whats IN McDonalds food, this restaurant has definitely found some great workers.
