I had the best experience last night. Me and a friend went for the first time in years, and the food was amazing! I was surprised at how good the broccoli was as well. The lobster scallop chops and the roasted lobster were tasty and not overcooked at all. It was all sooo flavorful. I’ll definitely go back real soon.

Food was good hot and fresh. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed the warm biscuits. The service was okay, the waitress was straight to the point and not really customer service friendly. She basically was straight to the point.

For years, I’ve wanted to try red lobster. We travelled from South Africa, and Tallahassee was one of the places we visited.
All I wanted to do was try red lobster! I have no regrets! We ordered a big platter and my personal favorite was the crab.
I also enjoyed the coconut shrimp, and the sauces were to die for! The lobster itself was my least favourite out of the rest, but it was overall fantastic. I had a tequila flight, which was delicious, and it looked beautiful on the tray with all 3 glasses.
I don’t completely understand the carpets, but it gives the real cozy feeling. Our waitress, Mazaria, was amazing and she was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu and clued up on everything.
Our food came fast and fresh and everything was cooked to perfection. It was the first time I’ve ever had biscuits too, and wow, has it become one of my favourites for sure!
Usually in South Africa, we call that cheese scones. Overall, I would give this experience a ten out of ten. I can’t wait to go back one day.

Simone and TK made our visit to Red Lobster an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, authentic, and genuinely kind. They mentioned that Red Lobster is like a family — and honestly, you can feel it. My two friends and I felt were welcomed with open arms the entire time and the food was top notch! Service like that makes all the difference. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

Red lobster was our number one chain while traveling for supper. They have all been great. This one fell way down on the list with tonight’s visit. The first impression of the server was very good. However, she failed to bring our salad, she never came back to check on if we needed anything, when she brought the check and was told about the salad she apologized and left. I guess she had second thoughts because she did come back and picked up the check. She brought it back and said she had taken the salad of the bill. That was nice, but should not have been necessary if she had come back later to check if everything was okay.
We are sad to see what used to be a great place to eat go downhill so much. In the past no matter where we were in the U.S. we knew we could always get good food and good service. We are beginning to doubt that. It is just sad!

Ms. Corinne was our waitress who was wonderful and had great customer service. Hopefully I spelled her pretty name correctly. Otherwise, we are hoping to have a red lobster and can continue to stay opened. We could use a restaurant at Keaton Beach location too.
