I am amazed with the customer service they have here,I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times in my years of . I hope anyone reading this really activates their neurons and finds the price in their heart to go to this McDonald’s like I have. This place is better than McDonald’s also don’t play forsaken that game sucks. Anyways McDonald’s is do good here when I ordered my double big Mac and large fries with coke, this lady named Jessicause, yes that is how it’s spelt, they had been so respectful about my order that they called me fat Bowser and I was just so amazed they knew I loved fat Bowser. I mean who can be this smart. I hope anyone who reads now knows what it’s like on this McDonald’s and they know this is the place to go, you HAVE TO GO HERE PELEKSHEHSJ.thsbks. thanks. Thanks

The Manager Emilia working 12/10/2025 in the night shift at 8pm is highly disrespectful has no customer service, terrible attitude, rude, and unprofessional. I come here twice a week and get good service but today was the worst service. I did 3 Sperate orders while dinning in and we were the only customers in the building my fries were cold, and when asked to go the restroom Emilia did not open the door after we had asked then on my last order of coke and a cone toke 11 minutes I had to get up and ask for my food because she was ignoring my order. She had someone else make it, otherwise we would probably be still there waiting not only that while dinning in she kept starring at me while I’m eating. Please do better and get better management. The staff are very slow. Anytime I go into the lobby it takes almost 20minites to get my food. That shouldn’t be a thing. It’s called fast food. If I wanted to wait I would go to a restaurant. They only focus their attention on the drive thru. Not to mention they get your order wrong 7/10 times. Just sitting here waiting on my food I’ve seen 3 people come in with wrong orders. Something seriously needs to change. The lack of motivation and effort is seriously an issue. This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in Aurora.

Absolute crap. Your mobile order will be wrong. Delivery will be cold. If you order at another location they won’t tell you it’s the wrong location, just let you waste your time then tell you at the second location.

5/27/25- Renewing my 1 star rating. Now they have taken up dehumanizing customers by forcing them to use machines to order instead of caring about customer service and the human experience.

7/18/22- Renewing my 1 star rating of them. Once again they are making their own policies about the kids meal toys. I tried to buy one today along with some drinks because it was too hot to eat. I was informed that about 2 weeks ago they decided to change their policy and no longer sell the toys except in a kids meal. No other McDonald’s pulls these stunts and I do it all the time at the one on Colfax. I have reported this store in the past for making up their own policies and giving horrible customer service to corporate and I’m doing it again this time. Do not go here.

4/11/21 – At present they do not have their lobby open yet which means the drive thru is really backed up. When I finally got my food home it turned out that they only gave me 4 chicken nuggets in what was supposed to be a 6 piece kids meal and they didn’t give us the bbq sauce either. It seems like every time I give this McDonalds a chance they screw up. This place just can’t seem to get their stuff together. You should avoid this one and either go to the one on Havana or the one on Chambers.

This McDonald’s normally has bad service, but today it hit an all-time low. Not only were they understaffed, but now they have decided to make up their own policies that goes against McDonald’s practices. First I was waiting in line for a long time because they had no one focusing on running the register, even though the line was at least 5-7 deep. The gentleman ahead of me said that he had made formal complaints about this McDonald’s before, but that nothing has changed. Once it was my turn I asked what toys they had and was informed that per the owner that they would no longer be selling the toys separately even if you by adult food and not a kids meal. This is not formal McDonalds’ policy, it is built into their registers to be able to do this since McDonalds supports this, no other McDonalds in the area has ever given me any trouble in doing this. This McDonalds needs to stop their horrible customer service. I am hoping that everyone will join me in a one year ban of going here to give them a chance to get a new owner and improve their customer service.

Update:
So I also turned this in as a complaint on the corporate website and I was surprised to get a same day response back. It turns out that there was a misunderstanding with the employees on the toys. The special 3 pack they could not sale by itself, but the normal kids meal toys they could. The guy said that he would also speak to the leadership at the location to try and improve the service and under staffing issues. I’m bumping my 1 star rating from the experience at the restaurant to a 3 because of what corporate did. I still cannot give the restaurant a higher rating than that until there is major improvements in its customer service.

On several occasions I’ve been served the wrong food. I go thru the drive thru on a daily. This morning I asked for a #1 egg McMuffin and they gave me a Griddle I don’t have the time to go around and let them know. Not Good……..!

I placed an order here the other morning on the mobile app and got the and got there waited for over 5 mins. Still no one came to me I told them I need to leave and they need to refund me back please. The manager apologized and I still have not received one and plus this morning I got charged again for that same order. The phone goes straight to voicemail saying it has not been set up so I unable to talk to anyone there. FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I just went through the drive through they didn’t give me any of my nuggets and my order was wrong. If I was allergic to cheese I wouldn’t be able to eat and the phone is OFF can’t call can’t talk to anyone and I can’t go back now WHAT A JOKE
