this evening i ordered a triple cheeseburger with no salt and ONLY!! ketchup. well you won’t believe this one. i unwrapped my burger to find pickles, mayo, AND ONIONS??
I went to mcdonald’s later this evening in the hopes of enjoying a fast and flavorful meal with my autistic best friend. walked in and waited at the counter for my take away order and chad told us that he had never placed our order even when we showed him the receipt! The management here sucks. Chad was on his personal phone, ignored us when we asked for assistance, and even informed us that my friend would get a full refund if he cancelled the order and it would take 2 hours!! unacceptable!

Terrible experience. I wanted four breakfast sandwiches: 1 sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle [deliberate lower case], 1 sausage biscuit and 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins. I was given three explaining that I already had a two for five and couldn’t get two more. The manager would rather stand in the rain explaining (I think) she would need to ring a new order rather than taking care of it. Sad.

Every time in this store once order is completed I need to request for extra napkins here every time but in other McDonald stores the service professionals memorized return customers requirements and that is excellent. This is sometimes very annoying, and should have a more professional attitude. Take it casually, but it is very important. Today I was in the drive thru park waiting for food, once I got food then I requested for napkins and ketchup but she never came back. Ohhh…Thanks

I usually never review places but this place has shorted orders multiple times. I ordered 4 different sandwiches but only got 2 and some nuggets. Another time ordered 40 nuggets only got 20. Lastly my friend ordered the new hot honey mccrispy with no mayo, they gave a mcchicken with extra mayo and hot honey….. needless to say I’ll be driving a bit farther from now on.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Today, February 8, 2026, was the final straw. The woman at the first window was rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was wasting her time. At the second window, the employee couldn’t understand a simple order no matter how many times I repeated myself. It was beyond frustrating.
This happens every single time I come here, especially with the same girl in the back. Orders are wrong, communication is terrible, and the attitude is even worse. If you don’t like dealing with customers, don’t work in customer service.
Management needs to look back at the schedule from today and fire whoever was working the back and drive-thru windows. Clearly, they are not fit for customer service. Nothing ever changes here.
Save your time and go somewhere else.

Not a great mcdonalds. I primarily order via doordash, the app or drive through, and EVERY TIME there is atleast one item missing. Food quality is just like any other mcdonalds, but expect missing items.

Order #258, i order the bagel steak&egg with one hash brown, went home the steak was pretty bad with lkts of fat and hard to chew. I also ordered 1 bacon and 1 sausage biscuit, the bacon with cheese only and sauge with with egg.
Both of these was wrong. The bacon had egg and the sausage only had egg and cheese with no sausage. Last time ordering here, i was leaving the public dump on Warren rd and decided to get a bite to take home, my mistake, never again.

I went to this McDonald’s because it’s my favorite everytime I go they get my order right everytime, this one time I had order a larger fries, burgers and nuggets and when I got to the window one of my items was missing and courage and employee that works there made sure I got everything I paid for. Didn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes at all

This McDonald has the best ice cream ever their ice cream machine is always working and it’s so soft and taste amazing and they have the best fries ever it’s always hot and fresh and crispy and a worker named courage has the best customer service ever they messed up my half and half and she fixed it made it better. 10/10 experience
