I’ve eaten at this location several times. This is my 1st review. Every time I’ve eaten here the food has been good. The service is quick. Everyone who works here always offers to help. They keep everything clean. The playground is great for the kids. Good food + good people who work here + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews!

This is probably the nicer McDonald’s restaurant in the area. The food is decent and fresh considering moderate customer here. My son loves the play place here. The kids are nice and respectful here. The restroom is cleaned. The food over is okay. It’s McDonald’s. Highly recommend for any visitors or McDonald’s play place regulars.

I made an order on the app for a sausage mcmuffin with egg, with extra cheese and bacon, and I got a sausage mcmuffin. I tried calling to get a refund, but their phone doesn’t work. I paid for extra and got less. I couldn’t go back because I’m on my way to work.
Update!
McDonald’s contacted me and asked about the bad review and I enquired about a refund or some kind of reimbursement. The manager of the McDonald’s called me to offer a voucher for what I ordered or a refund. I chose the voucher and she mailed it to me. Overall, the experience started bad, but they compensated me for my trouble. I recommend this McDonald’s even though the attitudes of some of the employees could be better.

The best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in a while! Actually fast (and still hot) food. I placed my order on the kiosk but was asked by an actual employee if I needed any help doing so. My order was correct down to the dipping sauces and the fountain drinks were brought to the table filled as ordered. (That never happens! I’m usually lucky to just receive the cups.) Facility was quite clean and was actively being cleaned as I was there.

I selected this location based on the availability of a play area. It’s amazing to me how there are fewer and fewer indoor play areas within McDonald’s anymore. It’s a little sad. This was a great playground layout with lots of seating around. Will be back!

Julian, that works in drive thru, customer service skills suck. I get it, you work fast food but come on dude. The attitude you have is holding you back from bigger and better things. You don’t tell a customer they’re wrong because YOU misheard them on the speaker. Simple mistake, just fix it. It wasn’t going to hurt your time doing that.

Managers, maybe retrain this guy? I don’t know, but I couldn’t imagine being this rude to someone. Yikes.

I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s on 1/4/26 around 7:30 to 8:00 PM. My drive-thru order was a large order and was incorrect. After being handed my strawberry smoothie and two juices, I was told to park in spot #2 to wait for the rest of my order.

When the runner brought out the remainder of my food, I noticed I was missing one Happy Meal juice. I informed him, and he went back inside and returned with drinks, bringing two instead of one. After that, I let him know I was also missing the two fries I had ordered.

The runner went back inside again, and a manager came out. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager accused me of asking for items I did not order or pay for, saying that people lie to get free food. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful. I explained that I ordered three Happy Meals, which all include a drink, and that I had clearly ordered two fries at the drive-thru. I also pointed out that my order was correct on the screen before I went to the first window, so any mistake was not mine.

The manager went back inside to check the order and then returned, stating that the fries were not on the order. He did not bring the receipt out or show me any proof. He then told me I could go back around and reorder the fries.

I told him there was no reason for me to lie and that he should ensure his drive-thru staff are accurately taking orders. When I asked for his name so I could report the incident, he refused and said he only gives his name to “federal officials,” which is completely unprofessional.

I ultimately went back around because I know what I ordered and still wanted the fries to complete my meal. Given the size of my order, there was absolutely no reason for me to be spoken to in an accusatory or disrespectful manner. Even if a mistake was made, the way this situation was handled, especially by a manager, shows poor leadership, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to receive cold fries and cold burgers. Took my fries back in to get fresh ones then I realized the kid was the ONLY employee there. Taking orders and cooking. Midnight on a Friday. Do better McDonald’s.

Jan 3 12:05am placed an order for 3 cheeseburgers with no condiments and extra lettuce 1 cheeseburger no condiments or pickles and extra lettuce. 12:12am I got them they weren’t wrapped everything throw everywhere even outside the wrappers and way too much onion. Absolutely disgusting. Only got 2 honey mustard when ordered 4. Lady at the window has a bad attitude and seems a bit dumb. Got a remake the remake at 12:32am was soaked in grease. The bun even soggy from it. They didn’t even seem to understand what was wrong with that. Got e remake again. This time at 12:55am came out fine just hardly any lettuce. Good enough.
Nov 2 Asked for a fresh apple pie. Told pull up and wait 15 minutes for the fresh apple pie after they tried handing me a cold one saying it was fresh. Had placed the order at 7:20. They forgot I was waiting on the apple pie. Didn’t get it till 8:04. That was not 15 minutes.
Oct 29 Waited forever for them to give a mobile order with only two cars in line. Got handed old gross fries and cold not fully done apple pie literally a bit doughy floury taste to it which is the first for me. Waste of time and disappointment. It seems this location will never get right. They can’t make a single item I’ve ever ordered here right. An occasional ability of making a double cheeseburger right that’s it.
I don’t like ice coffee from this location anymore. No matter what it just doesn’t taste right here.

Placed a mobile order at 12:20am having ordered two double cheeseburgers and one spicy McChicken
waited in line till 12:52am to receive order
Got completely cold food that had clearly been just sitting there done the entire time
Asked for them to remake fresh ones since it’s all frozen cold
Was told they’d make fresh sandwiches and it’d be five minutes
12:56am got the sandwiches not remade but reheated. Completely melted cheese on burgers and soggy bread.
Chicken sandwich with soggy bread and mushy lettuce and pickles. All burning hot.
Went back to the door for the second time and asked for them to be remade not reheated.
Finally got the order remade at 1:18am spicy McChicken missing added pickles.
Shouldn’t have had to wait that long especially when there was only four cars in line before us.
Should most definitely not be reheating peoples food and handing it back claiming it’s remade. The food shouldn’t be reheated at all.
They added a couple Fry’s for the wait which I wouldn’t eat considering they are so hard it seems like they have been refrying the fries as well.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent order experience I had at your establishment. Unfortunately, the service and product quality did not meet my expectations.

Firstly, the customer service was subpar. The staff acted as if they were reluctant to fulfill my order. They exhibited a demanding attitude, insisting on proof that I was picking up my own order, even when I showed it to them on my phone. Such unprofessional attitudes and treatment are disappointing.

Additionally, I had requested extra lettuce, but the sandwich contained only a regular amount. Furthermore, the condiments were not properly placed on the sandwich, resulting in a messy meal. This was particularly problematic as the sandwich was intended for my five-year-old, who already struggles to keep food from being messy.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Rating is slow low due to their treatment of online orders. On my last one, they forgot 2 food items on the menu and made my girlfriend and I stay inside of their store for 20 minutes while they fixed their dumb mistakes. One of the food items was a vanilla ice cream cone. The staff is so smart they kept asking me “what kind of vanilla ice cream cone” I had. There is only one. Why do I(had McDonald’s 3 times this year) know more about the menu than an employee? Not a single apology or one word about a refund for their failure to fulfill an online order in a timely manner. I understand the hiring pool at McDonald’s isn’t the best but I think at least hiring folks who can read and speak English more would be a good start. This was going inside for pickup by the way… if you go through the drive through, they are just as slow as inept. Almost every time I go there I end up regretting it due to slow and bad service.

My favorite McDonald nearby. This play place is cleaner than other places. The play structure is also friendly for toddlers. My 2.5 year old is able to climb to the top floor without help. Plenty seats near the play place. And most important this place serves apple pie.
