A lot of fun. The food is pretty good. The menu selection is very deep. The happy hour appetizer selections range from mild to spicy and savory. The margarita pizza flat bread is a great selection. The service was prompt and polite. Sticky rib ends and margarita flat bread appetizers were the favorites with my guests. The hot wings came in a close second.

It all began with our bartender, Bryan, he makes one heck of a Dirty Martini and a terrific Bahama Mama. His personality was pleasant and his service was outstanding! From there, we went into the dining room where Sandy was our server. She was knowledgeable, friendly, gracious, and, just like Bryan, provide provided outstanding service! We began with the Crispy Calamari which was tender and so very good.. The first of our entrées was the New York strip steak which was cooked to perfection and tender, as could be. The accompanying Brussels Sprouts and Mac & Cheese, which we substituted for the french fries, were simply delicious. Our other entrée, the Chicken Parmesan was just as delicious! We will definitely be back very soon.

From the moment I walked in the door I was given different answers from 3 different people and dirty looks from some little blonde girl. I had made reservations for bowling and we were about 15 minutes early. We asked for shoes and have her our sizes. None of them were correct and she was very rude once we corrected her. I asked which lanes we were in and she said they are cleaning them up now and tried to walk away. I said again, okay but which lanes are we in? She said again they are being cleaned. I said I don’t really care if they are being cleaned I just want to know where my party of 5 will be bowling. She looked at the lanes, said very quietly 7,8 and when I said thank you and started walking away, she rolled her eyes so hard like I was asking an unreasonable question. My server, Antonio, I believe was wonderful! Attentive and very nice. I guess the giftcards will soon be no good there since they were bought out. So make sure you use them soon. Otherwise you can claim some money back on their chapter 11 filed cases.

I love the Bistro and the outdoor patio (in summer). The food is usually perfectly prepared. Service is sporadic. Like most restaurants, they often seem short-handed.
The Bistro is great on Tuesdays– two for one entrees– but the restaurant is fabulous for events. I’ve been there for birthdays (a wonderful free dessert) and for large events like funerals or weddings. And the brunch buffet is great.

Love coming to Pinstripes for bowling. The food is delicious & our server Ryan always knows my groups order before we have to tell him. Fun environment & good people. Never have any problems with reservations. The place can get packed from time to time. Overall the place is clean & lots of fun.

Pretty cool place! I was here for my HS reunion and they did a good job of accommodating a couple hundred of us.
The place has numerous spaces and different things you can do to entertain yourself. Oddly enough, I don’t believe one single person at the reunion engaged in any of the activities (Bocce or Bowling) that were included in our rental of the space.
The package that the reunion organizers selected included a vast array of their flatbreads, mini burgers and small sandwiches. I grazed just a little and everything tasted good. The only recommended improvement would be for them to have some way to keep the flatbreads warm as those things reached room temperature in a hurry.
Not the type of place I frequent but a great choice for a HS reunion or similar large group. As an added bonus, the reunion committee booked a block of rooms right across the parking lot at the adjoining hotel so there were no concerns about how much single-malt I consumed.

The front desk staff had a poor attitude and were rude from the moment we arrived. We started with bowling, followed by bocce ball. Due to snow, we arrived about 10 minutes late for bowling, but despite paying $40 and the venue being only half full, we were not given our full allotted time, and was kicked off the lane early, they didn’t mention we would be cut off early when paying
To make matters worse, when I returned the bowling shoes, the front desk staff became snappy and rude over me placing the shoes behind the desk instead of on top of it. I thought I was doing her a favor and she insisted I move them immediately
When we moved to bocce ball, all of the courts were empty. But they decided to put us in the lane directly next to a bar mitzvah going on. Like their door was less then 4 feet from the middle of our lane. Employees AND party guests were constantly walking across our court, sometimes every 30 seconds, making it extremely frustrating to play. They would literally just stand and we would have to ask them to move. They kicked out balls multiple times ruining the game. Staff members and even the event’s security were regularly standing or walking directly on the court, and no one seemed to care or consider moving us to one of the many empty courts further away.
Throughout the entire experience, I remained polite and friendly and did not complain or ask for accommodations, even though there were clear issues, because I was on a first date and did not want to make things awkward
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service and a lack of consideration. I would not recommend this place to anyone, no wonder this franchise went bankrupt. Everything is expensive and the employees are not happy or friendly people. I’ve had better experiences with the staff at Trader Joe’s, and that’s a grocery store not an entertainment area. What a joke

One of the best place for family , events and couples in north suburb, good atmosphere, good customer service , Friendly staff , awesome food , good portion, food freshly cooked from the kitchen to the table .

They really organized there’s very great communication between the staff , fast service. I recommend them for my friends and relatives.
