It always happens when I order more than one meal. They will forget one of the sides. Or something else. This time it was steakhouse mac & cheese the last time it was a dessert. I guess I just need to check everything every time. Food is awesome though when you get it all.

We have not been here in about a year and decided to go today for lunch/dinner. It was about 2:00pm and it was empty, so we got seated right away.
Our waiter was really nice. We ordered and everything was cooked and brought out so fast. The French onion soup is amazing! Our entrees had such wonderful flavoring. We asked our waiter if they give a Veteran’s discount and they do!!! So he adjusted the bill for us and we paid right there with the waiter. What more can you ask for, great food, great service and the health score was a 96. We will be back.

I ordered a carry out. The food was good but I bet it would have been a lot better if the warm dishes that I ordered were warm or even hot for that matter. I ordered two blue cheese pecan chopped salads. They were amazing! I also ordered three orders of Alice Springs quesadillas, one without bacon. I would have appreciated it if the one with no bacon was marked. Instead I had to pick through the three to find it. In my order was also a bowl of soup that was lukewarm. Nothing like a bowl of lukewarm soup… yes, that was sarcastic

I had the Alice Springs chicken with the 9 oz. Sirloin. Everything was delicious. I had to eat it as a two-part meal. Curbside service was courteous and efficient. The server was kind to give my Frenchie bulldog puppy a cup of mini milk bones in a to-go cup. That was very thoughtful.

I visited outback for dinner one night. I have Ian at this location for over a decade now and it is always very good compared to others. This visit went well with no wait and good service. I had the 3-course Aussie Feast. I started out with a Cesar salad and the had the bloomin burger with fries as my entree. To finish I had the cheesecake with raspberry sauce. It was $14.99, which is a great price. I also tried the new trio down under appetizer. It has cheese sticks, cheese fries, and bloomin onion. I would definitely get this again. This Outback location is great and you should eat here as well.

First time eating here at the Matthews location in many years.
There was too much seasoning on the steak . The Service was Good.
As for the $35 Ribeye, all you could taste was seasoning.
I also ordered the $10 take home Chicken with Mac & Cheese when we were leaving .The next day when I ate it, Seasoning was all you could taste. I don’t plan on going back.

I am very disappointed with this location. We recently moved to the area. In Connecticut, Outback was one of our families favorite places to dine in. We were celebrating our daughters birthday today, she’s turning 8, she picked Outback. Well everything did not start great. I put my name down and they took my information so that I could receive a text when the table was ready. I should have double checked the number because as it turns out it was not entered correctly. We had to wait longer than we were told to be seated because they sent a message to the wrong number that our table was ready, well I did not receive the text. After being seated we ordered our drinks and appetizers, also informed the waitress that we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday today. When our drinks arrived they mistook our kids drinks for iced teas for some reason. Everything so far not a big deal. Well things kept getting worse. Our appetizer came in with things missing, no extra sauces, missing ingredients, etc. When we asked for the missing items it took some time to get what we ordered. Again still not a big deal to this point but now im starting to get annoyed and hoping that the experience gets better from here. It didn’t. We order our meals, they arrive to the wrong table, and things are missing and wrong. My soup is missing chives, my wife’s fries dont have cheese and chives like she ordered, our sons burger is raw (we noticed when he was not eating), and we were missing extra items that we ordered. Our items were being delivered to the table behind us after waiting for 10 minutes. We continously had to remind the waitress of our missing items and refills. When the check arrived they had the iced teas that our kids did not order on the check. As we were leaving we saw a line of waiters and waitresses walking towards the table behind us, they began to sing happy birthday to someone at that table(pretty sure that was meant for our daughter). So overall it was not a good experience. We will not be coming back here.

Be sure to check your receipt! For some reason they charged me $6 MORE than the menu price for the steak. All the other prices seem to be correct though.
Service really wasn’t that great. I couldn’t even get my drink till 5 minutes or more after they brought out my appetizer.
Food was great though. The filet mignon side of the T bone has to be the absolute most tender ones I have ever eaten. It almost just melts in your mouth!

The food this place is serving could be categorized as an act of terrorism. It was atrocious. The steak had a tendon in it stronger than the Spartans front line. Top to bottom this has to be some of the worst food served in the state.
