I really wanted to like this place. I had to try it out while in Orlando. Here is the problem: it was crowded, no place to sit. it was loud, I couldn’t speak to my family because we couldn’t hear each other. The menu has some amazing options not available in other McDonald’s, which is great, and I wanted to try it. But the food was not good. Burger and fries were great, as expected, but pizza, pasta, and steak and cheese … not good! The employees seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed, consequently not too friendly. I felt bad for the staff, because customers were not happy and yelling at the staff. I could tell the staff was struggling and short-staffed, and overwhelmed. The staff was stressed out. I wanted to go over the counter and hug them.

This place is crazy. I sat at the drive-thru order box for 9 minutes before somebody even said hello to me at the box to take my order. And then I pulled around the corner, there wasn’t even a single car in the Drive-Thru Lane. What are they even doing in there? And no, 9 minutes was not an exaggeration. That’s exactly how long it took for them to take my order when I was already sitting at the box. What is management doing here?

This is supposed to be a flagship McDonald’s restaurant. It’s a two-story building with a large play area upstairs. So you will see and hear a lot of kids yelling and screaming while you’re at the restaurant. It’s pretty busy downstairs, too. In fact, you will wait six or seven minutes to order your food and probably at least five minutes to receive it. Otherwise, that’s what you’d expect from McDonald’s.

I went this morning and I mean the hash brown tasted like it was made yesterday it was so hard and old . My English muffins not even toasted for the ten seconds they normally do. How hard is it to one job and a simple job and you can’t do that right. This is the problem with McDonald do better

This McDonald’s is the WORST. I came via Uber around 12:30am to get a little bite to eat because it shows online that the lobby is open. Upon my arrival, I found that both doors were locked for the lobby. The man in the picture with the hair glanced over to me and told me to go to the drive thru because inside is closed. I walked to drive thru to understand why the inside was closed. The man in the drive thru understood my confusion and tried to let me in but the guy with the hair would not let him. I walked back to the front to try and get someone’s attention and found that all the employees “disappeared”. I believe they were hiding from me. They reappeared once a car arrived to the drive thru, but they would not acknowledge or even look in my direction. I called an Uber to leave since they would not assist me and before my uber came, the woman in the last picture walked out. I politely asked her “Do you all just ignore all customers and not speak?” she replied with “Absolutely” that was completely unprofessional and not how an employee should respond in a situation like this. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! Horrible spot with untrained staff, with the exception of the guy who was working the drive thru window.

The location is convenient. My only qualm was the speed of service. I was the only person in the drive thru. From start to finish it took about 15 minutes to receive my order (which was only 2 non complicated items) The staff however, were kind and professional. Thank you.

Consistently the best McDonald’s experience one can get. Crew Members are friendly, service is fast, food is hot and fresh. Note: Like many 24-hour McDonald’s locations, they need a point in the day to reset their systems to prepare for the “new day” and breakfast- If you visit between 3:30am-4am, you may be turned away for this reason. I pass 3 McDonald’s on my way home from work, but I always try to visit this one before any other location, especially overnight.

I have been to many McDonald’s throughout my life, and I have never had an experience this bad. My order was incorrect, and the shift leader/manager a female employee working on Sunday the 14th at around 5:00 PM was extremely rude. All we wanted was to be treated with respect and to receive the correct order, and we got neither. Her behavior was completely unprofessional.

Last night A friend of mine received bad service at this location the food was cold so he requested to remake the food and the manager by the name of Margarita snatched the bag from my friend’s hand very nasty and very disrespectful and uncalled. I’ve tried to call to speak to the GM and I have not been able to get through on the phone I understand that this may be a busy location but there’s no reason for the snatching of the bag because of customer complaints about their food not being hot after they asked for fresh made to order. She was more worried about her drive-thru being held back instead of asking for my friend to pull forward and remake the food instead she caught an attitude and snatched the bag. I mean that would’ve been the correct thing to do as a manager!

Food was good. Not much for service. You order at a kiosk. But the supply grills for the ac were covered in condensation. Which usually means the filters are extremely dirty.
