If you order take away food, always check it before you go. Always bad.
When I took this $9 double fish in to complain the employee was rude and disrespectful about replacing it.

Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food. It was wrong. When I went back to the counter everyone in the back was on their phone and taking pictures instead of watching the front counter. I never got my food fixed. I just ended up leaving after waiting 10 min for someone to simply pay attention to me.

I travel a lot for work and McDonald’s is typically a really reliable source of decent coffee and predictable service. Not so much at the location closest to my home. I try to order ahead in app and each time I’m still sent around to wait in a park spot despite ordering 10-15 min ahead of time. I have been the only person in the drive thru and dining room combined and it still takes 2-3x longer than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The prices keep going up and the service keeps going down.

Mom is the bomb
Update: another gross mess from this place. I tried asking for extra condiments since the burgers seem not to come with them anymore. Still barely a smear of condiment. Waited for almost 10mins for this after putting in an online order. I tried to tell the people I’m traveling with this place is a mistake. Now they know.

Is there a condiment shortage? For awhile now, every burger comes with barely the slightest bit of ketchup and no mustard on them. It’s only this location and ALWAYS this location. I paid for 6 piece nuggets but got only 4 nuggets in all the 6 piece boxes. All people want is what they pay for. I don’t understand why that’s so impossible here.
Update: thanks for the large fry we waited 36 mind for. Not even enough fries to fill a small. I hope this place gets shut down. 9pm 5/10/25

Ordered ahead in the app for drive-thru pick up. Waited over 30 minutes to get to the pick up window. Was then told to go park in one of the drive-thru parking spots. Waited another 20 minutes before an employee tried to give me the wrong order. Let them know what my order was and gave them my order number. They came back out a few minutes later with only half of my order, but I had already been there almost an hour so just left with the wrong food. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have had in quite a while. Avoid at all costs when it’s anything even close to busy.

Made a $37 order in the drive through, including two happy meal toys. When they we not in the bag, I went back in to get them. The shift manager demanded to see the receipt, which I did not have, despite the person who took the order standing right there verifying the order. I left without the toys for my grandsons, rather than get into a debate with the children running the restaurant. It appears they run shifts without any adults in charge. I am going to contact the owner this time. This place never gets an order right, but now they are straight up confrontational.

We stopped in for a quick bite before heading up to the mountains.
It’s kind of a tradition before fishing or hiking.
It was busy this day.
Lots of people waiting for their food. People were upset.
We ordered our food and sat down.
The cashier was nice. We got our order 15 minutes later. After distributing food for our party of 5 (we were with another group of 5 too), we realized that some things were missing. A hash brown and two breakfast sandwiches.
I went to the counter and the nice young cashier told me that he was being yelled at by the guy in the back. I told him to talk to me. He got him for me. He was young and already upset. He started saying that the order was correct before I even said anything. He didn’t overhear us as the place was filling up.
I said that he could come to the table and compare it to the receipt but he wasn’t interested and was mumbling. I decided it wasn’t worth it and ordered a replacement. That took 17 minutes.
That same kid brought out the order and smashed it down.
I took it to the table and it was messed up looking.
I decided not to eat the replacements as that kid was mad and likely tampered with it.
This was really unprofessionaland disrespectful behavior. It isn’t good that they allow that behavior towards other workers and customers.
I will never return.
The people in both our groups thought the food was subpar and somehow cold, the coffee was bad.
Beware.

I would like to give the biggest gratitude for this McDonald. It’s littlest thing, but the kindest of the employees are out standing. I felt respected ordering breakfast, yet, my doggie surprisingly got a pup cup. Thank you so much for the care and thoughts to make up my morning. I much needed this experience and kind act for the shift of energy today. Much appreciate you guys!!

This place sucks!! I live in Woodland Park. The service sucks, the food sucks! Just waited 30 minutes for 2 hamburgers when I went up to the counter and said it’s been 30 minutes the girl said….I had it out on a tray and threw it out because nobody claimed it. I never heard my number called but heard 10 others. She wasn’t at all apologetic about it in fact she gave me attitude. Avoid this place with everything you have. Nothing ever changes here. Same crappy service as always!
