We have lived in Casco, ME for 24 years and never tried this Roses right here in Windham. I had the Lemon Chicken and he had the Veal Parm, it was over the top delicious. So glad we finally tried them as we loved it so much we will make it a regular in our routine outings.

Delicious home cooked meal. Our server was very nice, fast and attentive. Most meals come with bread and a salad. The chicken Marsala was good and the veal parm was really nice too. Lots of leftovers so we could split a tiramisu.

The reason we decided to go there was because it was recommended.
We had gone years ago, and it was lousy!! Not this time! We decided to get a plain pizza, as you can tell how good an Italian restaurant is by a plain pizza, also chicken parm is a good test as well. Anyway… we weren’t disappointed! The pizza came out hot and tasty, and it didn’t last long. Oh, by the way…I got a look at the chicken parm, as it went by….it looked fantastic! We’ll be going back…that’s for sure.

Back again….
Rose’s is more than I had wrote about some time ago.
This time we decided on chicken Marseille and of course, chicken parm with an order of sausage and cheese ravioli with a really nice salad with a dressing of apple cider vinegar and oil…delicious, cold and fresh. All made to order with a basket of bread,actually two baskets.
Everything was delicious and made to order. Nothing just sitting in a pot.
I’m willing to wager that whatever you ordered would be excellant!

The staff was fantastic and very attentive, and the food was delicious. Everyone in our group got a different sauce and nobody was dissatisfied. The portion sizes were good and the speed of the meals getting out to us was also timely. I can see why this restaurant gets so much praise as a highlight of the Windham food scene!

I got the steak tips in this particular visit. They were okay, a little tough and not a lot of flavor, sometimes that happens. The Italian food is excellent as I’ve been here a few times now, it’s consistent and reasonably priced. There’s definitely a 70’s feel in here. Service is always good, I look forward to my next visit.

The fettuccine alfredo was the best Alfredo sauce I’ve ever had. The eggplant Parm was okay, the veal was very nice. The pizza is pretty good too. High quality ingredients and nice people.

I always look for the local spots this was the perfect one! Perfect local restaurant, great food, great service. I would highly recommend Rosa’s Italian to anyone who happens to be visiting that area of Portland. A little out of the way well worth the drive

Do not have a single negative thing to say about this place or their food. Pictures do not do it justice. Loved the salad dressing and unique buffalo sauce. My the chicken parm was to die for and huge, can’t wait for the leftovers. Everything was delicious!
