I have been to many McDonald’s locations throughout the USA but this McDonald’s which is most local to me, has always had the consistently lowest quality food. I’ve never written a review about until the final straw i had today. The breakfast bagel i bit into today, snd no exaggeration, was hard as a rock and inedible. If they didn’t keep the interior clean i could safely say this is the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to in the whole country.

I don’t understand why they have a rewards part of the app if they block you from being able to get frappes on your points. It’s been this way for over a month now. The mcdonalds across town doesn’t have limitations on getting a frappe on your points.

Went to get food at 2:50am when the website and sign outside CLEARLY says 24 hours. Dude said we had to cancel our order and wait 10 minutes for breakfast? If that is the case you need to change your website hours. Or fire the worker who told us that. Someone is lying.

I ordered a big mac meal with a sweet tea and got a different sandwhich and my sweet tea hadnt been made after 10 minutes. I asked a young woman behind the counter to fix my order and showed her my receit. She took it and walked past the front area into what I assume is the back of the shop. She came back and said that I had gotten what I ordered. When I asked for my receit back, she said she didnt have it. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and that I could have a great day with a very rude tone. She ignored me until another employee helped me and fixed my order. I am fairly certian this other employee that helped me called her Adeline. I was never rude to her or did anything to provoke her attitude. Good restraunt, bad employee.

This is a medium size property with limited parking for large rigs or RVs. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Service was excellent and my food order was spot on. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.

On 2/1/26 the member at the drive thru willfully committed a DoorDash contract violation and attempted to push the problem onto me. He stated the customers placed the orders too late and that the menu items were not available, I then told him to cancel the orders and I will be on my way. He proceeded to try and shove the problem this restaurant created onto me and my guests and told them they had to cancel the order. The time he had and his uncaring attitude were BEYOND unprofessional. I pulled forward to contact DoorDash customer support and file a complaint, I have also called their tri office and left a complaint message there. Doordashers I would be very wary about picking up late night orders from here, they will try to make it your problem when they made it.

drive thru took a 45 minutes for a mic rib combo and the grinch meal. they forgot the fries for the combo. they let us buy the grinch meal knowing they were out of products. didn’t take any accountability or attempt to remedy the situation at all. manager doesn’t know what she’s doing

I went inside to order due to a long line in the drive thru. The sign inside the restaurant showed 40 chicken nuggets for 11.99. The individual that was taking my order said the register was showing 14.99. I showed her the sign three times that was directly behind her showing 11.99. She said it didn’t matter what the sign said she stated that her manager didn’t speak English and never changes the signs in the store. Then she said do you want it or not. It’s 14.99. I told her no that I would take my business elsewhere. Her lack of customer service skills was unbelievable.

They don’t know how to do their jobs here. I asked for an Iced Mocha and add caramel and then when i get it it tastes burnt so o go up there and tell them. I then hear one of the workers going “how do you burn an iced coffee” like yall made it and it’s called espresso that’s how it’s burnt. They go to make me a new drink and the girl tells her it was a macchiato with extra caramel which once again i got an Iced MOCHA with added caramel. I got the drink and it tastes bad and it’s not even the same price as what i paid for. I paid for an iced mocha i expect an iced mocha, they treated me like i was stupid when in reality they are the incompetent ones who don’t know the BASICS of their job.
