I went to Longhorns about 3 weeks ago, met the district manager and had a great long conversation with him, he was working the door. After he seated me and put me in the hands of the worst waiter ever. He was a guy that would gain a 1.00 tip from me at the end of the night for being very rude, combative when I’m asking to skip the triple sec in my drink and so on. This night I ordered my steak but not well medium well cooked in butter extra seasoning, it was nasty not cooked in butter or extra seasoning like it always is. I can taste the animal in the meat, also it was so bloody. My salad wasn’t good my food just wasn’t its best. Now skip to Sunday 11-02-25 I met my family there and hues who their waiter is ;/ yep old boi from 3 weeks ago, he was horrible and I asked him for a menu he said give him a minute which was 10 so I went and got my own, he never said hello asked if I needed anything so I found someone walking and gave my order, it was the lady District manager… when I tell you she took that entire order and got it right and never wrote it down and my food was so good. I had rice, potato loaded, grilled chicken and salad … it was good. And my drink was ordered by my favorite waitress who wasn’t even working as a waitress this day but a bar tender, who made my drink exactly how I asked…. Ms. Kelly. She’s always kind when I go there also Jenny was a waitress helping out and she was an amazing waitress. Ty to all the great staff.

My food is always delicious every time I have dined at Longhorn. My favorite is the spinach dip and 7-pepper sirloin salad! Their margaritas are really good too. Servers are very nice, friendly, & prompt. Will always recommend eating here!

The food was decent. Hard to screw up a steak and baked potato. Service was rushed from the second we sat down. First time here, no I don’t know exactly what I want before I have my coat off. Bathroom was disgusting. My six ounce fillet was more like four (see the picture). Overall okay for the price.

First time to try LongHorn Steakhouse and the food was good. I got a Ribeye steak 20 Oz with some fries and steamed broccolli, and the steak was good. I had also some chicken as an appetizer with some hot sauce, also was okay. Overall, a nice place to visit and enjoy a steak.

We’ve gone here several times and it’s always excellent. The bread they bring is soft and delicious. But what brings me back again and again is their Chicken Parmesian. It is the best restaurant chicken I’ve ever had, and every time I’ve ordered it it’s perfectly cooked – moist but done on the inside, always juicy, and the parm crust is superb. We celebrate birthdays here too as a group and it’s a great spot for that.

They were extremely busy and we were a party of ten. The wait was longer than expected but the service was exemplary. James was exceptional. I eat there regularly and have never had a bad experience. My wife and I went last Friday for a pre-birthday celebration dinner. I saw ads for the 7 pepper New York strip steak and it sounded delicious.
So, we went and that’s what I ordered with an almost loaded baked potato. The steak must be choice grass fed beef because it was very flavorful, tender, and juicy. Char grilled drenched in real salted butter.
The baked potato had a crispy rock salt crust and was light and fluffy on the inside…perfect!
The portions are very large so you could really share a meal…otherwise plan on leftovers.
Service was fast, friendly, and spot on. We only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated around 5pm on a Friday!
It IS pricey but worth it for special occasions…you will NOT be disappointed. It is probably one of the very best steaks from any of the chain steak houses…the best in our opinion.

Good atmosphere and friendly service, but the facility was not clean. The plates, cups, tables, and flatware all had visible residue and didn’t appear properly washed. This took away from what could have been a much better dining experience.

We were lead here on a gift card from work. We had a choice of Darfen Restaurants. The steak was raw. They offered to re-fire, we declined. You are a freaking steak house, if you cant get it right the first time, I’m not going to let you have it back to mess it up more. We were charged full price for this meal that we have to recook at home. They could of offered a discount for this terrible food.

Had the Ribeye and Honey Butter Brussel Sprouts. Brussels Sprouts are now my absolute favorite. Taste was phenomenal and cooked to perfection! Ribeye was cooked my specifics (medium-rare) and was perfectly temperature when it got to me. The seasoning was a bit excessive (for my personal taste), very salty (I have high BP) but after scraping off the seasoning, it was a good ribeye.
Husband got the bone in ribeye (I forget the menu name) and Brussel Sprouts. He was also 110% happy with his meal. His ribeye was absent the excessive seasoning (ha ha). Environment was peaceful, calm and cozy.
