This is a terrible Mcdonalds! Took 15 minutes to get thru the drive in line to even order. Than took another 10 to wait for a 1/4 pounder meal which was cold when i got it. No thank you or sorry for the delay from the McDonalds employee. I will never stop at this Mcdonalds again and urge everyone else to buyer beware.

The food was hot & fine. However, the workers were in the back cussing loud & taking too long to come to the register. They were having too busy arguing about something. Which was unprofessional & they need better management.

I’m a delivery driver and I delivered food to Mrs Amy the store manager. I can say she is the absolute rudest person I’ve met and I really feel bad for the workers there. She had to wait an hour for her pizza since I was the only driver and we were slammed. Her pizza was still popping hot. Anyways I got her pizza to her on the dot 60 minutes, and it took her 10 minutes to even come up to the counter and take the pizza. She lied to me and said my manager said the pizza was going to be free and threw the money at me and snatched the pizza complaining as she walked away screaming at me that she shouldn’t have to pay at all since she had to wait 2 hours for her pizza in a lobby full of people. I understand you hate your life for needing to make a living as a McDonald manager but she really needs to learn how to have a nice social interaction and control her emotions.

The food was great… The lady with the blue hair absolutely hates her job and is completely rude and even will roll her eyes at you as if its a hassle to ask for your cup.

I went here today and went through the drive-through to get my food. I ordered the six dollar Mc double meal deal I asked for no ketchup and no mustard on my burger, ranch as my side and a Coke as my drink when we pulled up to the first window, they handed us a sweet tea. They gave us back a Coke thankfully and then gave us our bag. I didn’t open it until I got home and I opened up my burger that said no ketchup, and no mustard on it. When I opened it there was ketchup and mustard on the burger. There were no chicken nuggets and the ranch I asked for was not provided instead there was a sweet-and-sour sauce so my trip here was very unsatisfactory and I will not be coming back. I’m very disappointed.

Came with my mother and son after church and ordered inside! They dropped my bag of food which was no problem, But manager Keri put up my food the 2nd time and yelled out the wrong number it wasn’t even a number on the order screen! I ask what was in the bag and she got an attitude and started shuffling my fries around in the back complaining that she said the number! I told her my number was different and I was waiting for my food a 2nd time . Long story short! We ended up arguing with each other in front of people because she felt she was right and not the customer! I didn’t know McDonald’s hired Karen’s. Called district office and no response from them! Horrible dry meat and attitudes to match! If I could give negative stars I would!

The food is fine, the service quick by OMG; the bathrooms… totally disgusting. My first thought was; oh Lord, employees use this bathroom then go touch the food!! Yuck! I know everyone gets busy and I appreciate a free public restroom, truly, however if it’s not gonna be cleaned, keep the public healthy and just close it..
