This is the first time in over 16 years of eating Chick-fil-A that I have received a meal warranting a negative review. I ordered a #1 Sandwich meal for my dinner(drive thru) on Bush River Road. The fries were decent and the tea was tasty. Upon arriving home and ready to eat my sandwich, I was disappointed to lift my bun to add mayo and find bun hard and burnt black around the edges. It is evident that whoever removed it from the grill/toaster should’ve realized that it did not meet Chick-fil-A’s standards of A quality food, and the chicken was hard and appeared to be double-coated, as if it was sitting under a light and the temp warm. This experience was very disappointing, and I was unable to eat the sandwich. Chic Fila is not cheap and I choose to eat Chic Fila due to the excellent quality of food I receive BUT tonight was a 2 out of 5 for food quality and presentation.

This location is welcoming and clean. I arrived slightly empty and received my order quickly. My food was hot and delicious. The staff was fairly relaxed but very professional. Will recommend and wouldn’t mind returning if in the area. Lastly, an employee named Briana brought our meals to our tables with a smile. Definitely deserves a thumbs up!

Tried this location out again. They just can’t get it right in the kitchen!!! I ordered SCRAMBLED eggs… I get folded eggs which I hate!! Told the guy at the window, he told the staff inside the window at the register. I got crickets !!! No customer service, no offers to redo… just nothing! It’s a big deal to pay for something and be given whatever…. Y’all… get it together! However, the order taker in the drive thru line was phenomenal! I came through at 7:45AM, 11/16/23.

Back in 2023 and 2024, this was my FAVORITE Chick-fil-a location. I don’t know what happened, but it has consistently declined in quality since this year. The food never really tastes fresh or good like it should be and wait times have increased. The chicken sandwich I had today was probably the worst chicken sandwich I’ve EVER had from Chick-fil-a. It was so soggy and old, it about made me sick! They forgot my fries the last time I went here, and I had to turn around and come back. They almost did the same thing today, but luckily I checked the bag before I pulled off. I’m more and more disappointed every time I come here.

Not my usual Chick-fil-A location but was on this side of town and stopped for breakfast. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while (chicken biscuit). I can’t rate anything else but it was great.

This is the second time that I have visited Chick-fil-A on Bush River got back to my desk and had a completely different meal than what I ordered.
I have missed my whole break having to drive back. Then today it raining.
Then the manager won’t to give out A FREE COOKIE.
What about my time and gas
No that’s unacceptable.
I recommend everyone to check all orders before pulling off.

I stopped by this Chick-fil-A while waiting for the new location to open, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The young man taking my order was pulled away before he finished, and my order was never confirmed. The fries were undercooked, and for the first time ever, the chicken was chewy. Glad I had napkins on hand. To top it off, my sauces were missing. I truly hope things improve at your new location because this visit did not reflect the usual Chick-fil-A quality or service. It seems like you all are slacking just because you’re moving.

I ordered a Cobb salad specifically asking for no bacon multiple times. I get home to my salad with bacon underneath my chicken. This is not the first time they have messed up an order nor the first time my food wasn’t fresh and I had to go back. And to top it off the manager at the window was rude and made me feel as though I was the issue. Just don’t go to this one they are inconsistent.

The food is up to par with chic-fil-a standards. The restaurant suffers from lack of cleaning. Trash is always over flowing and the tables are not wiped clean. It is not just a one time thing, we see this every time we visit. Please invest some hours into keeping the place clean please.
