After a day at the orthopedic specialist with our 4-year-old, who had to be fitted with a walking boot (and was not thrilled about her new “black rocket boot”), we decided to stop at Olive Garden for some comfort food. Our daughter had asked for mac & cheese, and we hoped a warm meal might lift her spirits.
From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming—exactly what we needed after a tough morning. Our waitress, Naomi, was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond, making sure our table was never without soup, salad, or those famous breadsticks. She was kind, attentive, and had the sweetest way of making our little one smile again.
The highlight of the visit came when Naomi surprised our daughter with a Chocolate Lasagna dessert complete with a personalized “feel better” message. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that turned our daughter’s whole day around.
We left not just full, but genuinely touched. It’s rare to find a place where the staff care this much about making guests feel special. Olive Garden at Waddle Rd reminded us that a good meal and a little kindness can make all the difference.

This is the best Olive Garden I have been to and I have been to many different ones all over. Staff was very plesant. We went during Sunday lunch and they were busy but we didnt have to wait to be seated. Even with it a busy time it was still calm and quiet . Appetizers and drinks came out quick with meal following right after. Everything was perfectly cooked. Breadsticks were even amazing every other O.G. I been to there over or under cooked and barely any seasoning on them. Definately visit this location again!

I love eating here. The food is really good. I’m never disappointed. I had chicken margherita and pasta e fagioli. (Yes I love cheese). Our waitress., I think her name was Lillian or Lily (not certain). She went above and beyond. Very sweet disposition and despite how busy it was we didn’t have to really wait for anything. She deserves recognition and a raise.

Had the chicken Parm was not good ..frozen chicken patty with a tasteless sauce ..The Service was amazing ..Our server was very attentive …atmosphere..was ok ..

Although we were waiting a fairly long time before our drink orders, the service was great! When we got seated we waited a long time before a server, who wasn’t our waitress took our order. Apparently our server was put in another area and had no idea we were there. We finally saw her that one time when she apologized and explained what happened. The server who took our order (I wish I got her name) was exceptional! Food came out quick and HOT! She continued checking on us, making sure everything was okay, and we had everything we needed, despite her having other tables. I asked her if she would get the tip before we paid and she said, yes. Our server gave our table to her. I was glad to hear this so I could tip appropriately. I wish I got her name so she could get the recognition she deserves. Anyway, it was a nice father’s day dinner!

We visited this Olive Garden on a trip heading south and had a wonderful experience, thanks entirely to our server, London. She was excellent—not just efficient, but genuinely kind and attentive.
What truly stood out was how she interacted with and took care of my autistic grandson. Her patience and understanding made our meal relaxing and enjoyable.
The following week, on our return journey home, we decided to stop at the same restaurant. To our amazement, London remembered us. Even more touching, she remembered that my grandson liked root beer and made sure he had one right away.
This level of personalized, caring service is rare and incredibly valued. London is a tremendous asset to the Olive Garden team. Thank you for making both of our visits so positive

We had to go here as Olive Garden closed down in Canada. We ordered the Lasagna Classico, Eggplant Parmigiana, Fettucine Alfredo and Spaghetti. All were delicious. We also had minestrone soup and Caesar salad. The portions were humongous. I especially loved the lasagna and everything was priced pretty decent. Definitely a must go for pasta lovers.
