Worst experience ever. I used a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon that clearly included 3 tenders, fries, and a soda for $1, and this location refused to honor the promotion correctly. They did not give me the fries, and the employee did not want to give me the soda, even though it was included.
The moment the cashier saw that I paid only $1, the attitude changed completely. I was treated badly, with disrespect and a bad attitude, as if using a valid promotion meant I deserved poor service. That is unacceptable.
Coupons are made to be used, and customers should not be treated differently because of them. This was unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this location at all.

Crystal was so sweet to helping me get back in the car I was locked out of with assistance of 2 other employees. She also accommodated me by giving me my food outside of store hours. Such a sweet soul. God bless everyone at this location. And the food was delicious and fresh!!

Bought the $8 lunch box. Comes with a chicken sandwich, apple pie, fries, and a drink. The deal is worth it! The chicken sandwich was super crunchy and the apple pie was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this has happened to us multiple times, they close the lobby 20+ minutes early and sometimes just won’t take online orders past 10-10:15 when they’re open till 11. It’s ultimately not the biggest deal but it’s annoying that it happens more than once.

Tried the Ghost Pepper Wings. I liked it a lot. Not spicy at all to me since i like spicy foods but my daughter found it a bit much. She kept drinking coke or dipping wings in ranch. Lol. Food was good. I like the whitehall location. Staff and owner are very nice, food was fresh and the place is nice and clean. Sandwich is very good too. App coupons work at McArthur Rd. Not really at Hanover. =)

Got online takeout, my girlfriend went to pick it up & was told by the manager”waiting on shrimp. She went to the bathroom & came back & the girl at the front stapled the bag with my name on it & my girlfriend said is this ready? The girl said yes & when we went to eat the shrimp wasn’t there. Called & the manager said” it was my girlfriend’s fault because she didn’t wait ” told him that the girl said it was ready & he said she didn’t. Called corporate & was refunded my money

If i could give 0 i would. Came here tonight, order a #5 which is tenders, got to the window heard who i assume is the manager tell the window worker it was a spicy chicken sandwich, I cut in and said they should be spicy tenders. manager said to worker they asked for a chicken sandwich and that she even repeated it back she then went back to get the correct order and I heard her talking shit saying she doesnt even know what she ordered. I then looked at the window worker who was nice and asked her what a number 5 is on the menu and she said they are tenders but she (the manager who took my order) heard a chicken sandwich.. well then she needs to listen alittle better cause a number 5 and a chicken sandwich do not sound anything alike and she also never repeated it back to me when she took my order at the speaker. To be a manager she is unprofessional and needs to do better. food was good but the attitude of workers ruined the whole experience. If you messed up its ok.. your human and it’s allowed but to keep going with an attitude and blaming it on someone else is ridiculous.
