Couldn’t hear the attendant over the speaker very well, kept having to ask them to speak up or repeat what they said.

Man I know I speak for a good majority of blue collar people when I say y’all are the backbone of our diet. So why on a Wednesday night after a 10 minute wait in a line out of the small drive thru onto the main road am I being denied service? Before even entering the property I am greeted with what I assume is the manager placing cones to obstruct entry to not just me but the 2 cars ahead of me and 4 behind me. Some of us just got off work as well and are overworked from the holidays needing repreive from what was considered a reliable establishment until this endeavor. I can deal with the cut in half pieces of chicken on my wraps to save cost since inflation. I can deal with the northern style sweet tea. And I can even deal with the burnt overcooked food smashed together during rush. But cutting off service to potentially hundreds of more dollars of revenue in minutes instead of working the line down to at least within the property is absurd. Will not return to this location. I’d much rather waste gas going 20 minutes down the highway where I know they’re willing to keep customers happy and give the business another sale. Been a nice 6 years. See ya.

The food was delicious. The order was a bit off but we figured it out. We ordered two fries, and only one came in the tray. However, we ended up with an extra chicken sandwich, so I guess it’s okay. Don’t spend your money on the bacon wraps. There are 2 lines and it was a fast service.

I had the pleasure of walking up to the service window and upon walking away there are three concerns that I hope will be improved upon for my next visit. The first is when handing me my food, though I appreciate placing the tray in a bag for my walking convenience, it is absolutely necessary for the napkins/straws/utensils/condiments to be placed in said bag LAST. The result of not doing this small act of kindness is nothing short of catastrophic! My tray, the heaviest item in the bag, was not the center of gravity for the overall bag making the tray tilt, open face downward, for the entirety of journey home and any attempt short of stopping and emptying the contents of the bag and reassembling properly would correct this menace of an issue which at that point would be quite the task as the tray has now emptied and my food has met plastic. Secondly Cook-Out… you know what you’ve done…go back to the black straws that actually allow you to drink the milkshakes that you create instead of these red disappointments that bend throughout following the first application of any type of suction. The 3rd and most humble ask of all is to please when a milkshake is ordered enter the ingredients into the computer in the order that they were given to ensure milkshake experiences remain consistent no matter the time, place, or maker or shake. Thanks for the experience, please do better by me for your sake.

Im glad there is one on this side of town but My only ✨humble request/ suggestion ✨is they move this one across the street where there use to be a gas station or just somewhere on Randleman rd that would be more spacious so we don’t have to squeeze through the drive thru also it will make an even better restaurant! They just opened an the cheese bites were cooked to the point that there wasn’t any cheese in them. My dog wouldn’t eat the chicken nuggets and I ordered a regular hamburger and instead of one beef patty it had two that were the thickness of a slice of cheese. Needless to say I won’t be going back at lunch any time soon.
