I went through the drive through at 11:30 p.m. on New Years Eve. The women on the speaker was very pushy and had an aggressive tone. When we pulled up to the second window, we did not receive one chocolate twist ice cream cone. When we asked for it, she pointed towards a different cone dismissively. Not wanting to be aggravating, we left. Eating our food, we discovered that we had a cold Big Mac, no spoon for our ice cream, and no napkins. I’m not kidding. I understand that it’s busy, but that’s no excuse to be disrespectful to customers.

I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where the culture required everyone to smile. It’s evident that the staff has outstanding leadership. The food presentation was also on target. Kudos to all staff during this lunch shift. Leaders understand and appreciate good leadership!

If the weather is nice, eat outside. There’s tables along the creek and it’s really a hidden gem of an area. Service was quick, prices were below average for area McD’s. Dedicated handicapped seating as well.

Extremely fast service going through the drive thru. There are no self refill soda inside and no self ordering tablet kiosk. It is an older style inside. Go through the drive thru for best results. I think this McDonald’s has the best drinks of all in the area.

Dined in with a few other friends after the monster truck jam. Average Macdonald, nothing else. The cashier was very nice when we didn’t understand what he said (unlike some others).

Listen. No one wants to be at McDonalds at 1am, probably not even the employees. But we just got off a flight and needed food. All we wanted was chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. So tell me why the lady who took my order in the drive thru cut me off every third word to say something snarky and rude AND was screaming every word. It got so bad that I literally only said the food items, and I’m still thinking about this 2 hours later.

You can order a steak bagel online but no hotcakes with steak!?
Online order ahead of time ..,still had to wait and incorrect missing item.
Again no salt on fries. And have to repeat order one thing at a time over n over.

It’s been a while since I had a great experience at McDonald’s, as each location can be hit or miss. Luckily for me, my visit here was flawless. I ordered on the mobile app and had the food delivered to my table number. The Big Mac was perfectly assembled, 10pcs nuggets were hot and crispy, and my fries (with no salt) were perfect. Nothing beats hot, fresh fries from McDonald’s. Workers greeted everyone who came through the doors and there was gentleman wiping down all the tabletops and seats while also running food curbside. Maybe I just got lucky, since quality and service will always depend on who is working that shift when you walk through the door, but I was very satisfied.
