The food was good, staff was ok, but apparently they dont have a restroom. So if your out traveling wanting to make a pit stop for some food and have a potty brake, go else where. We had to go across the street to McDonald’s to use their restrooms after we left the drive thru.

Only Use The Drive Through!
This place is perfectly fine if you don’t go in, and don’t mind longish lines in the drive thru. The food here is what you’d normally expect from Wendy’s. No complaints at all with that. It’s the inside that’s the problem. It looks like the employees just gave up on cleaning it. Never seen such a poorly kept interior of a chain restaurant.

DISCUSTING AND RUDE! Horrible customer service. My husband has cancer, as well as kidney failure, and he had to go to the bathroom, and there were no working bathrooms. We were going to grab a bite to eat, but due to the conditions and rudeness, we decided to take our business across the street to McDonald’s. This location should be shut down, and the Department of Health and Wendy’s corporate should be called. Zero stars are what they deserve!

This seems to be the only out of date Wendy’s in town, this place needs to be remodeled and up to date. The parking lot is hard to get in/out of, the parking lot holds water, it’s needs new parking spaces striping lines. I forgot to add my picture of my food, but the breakfast was hot and fresh.

I took my son to his baseball game in Alexandria Virginia and on the way home I had to pee really bad. I stopped there to use the bathroom. Honestly it was clean and the security guard was very nice and helpful.

I was eating fries today, and said to my bf these taste off, maby they sat for a bit! The next fry I go to grab out I noticed something that definitely wasn’t a fry… it a piece of plastic that either got fried with the ff or someone chewed on. *see photos below

This restaurant is unable to provide basics such as fries and cannot offer any alternatives. Thus, they will cancel all orders after customers waiting hours of waiting on orders. If they cannot fulfill orders, then they should not accept orders if not also to shut down.
