This was the absolute worst experience. First off, the person taking my order couldn’t comprehend the order. Another person had to come on just to retake the order that I already made 4 times. Then I get to the window and I have to go park in the front of the store for about 15 minutes for my food to come out. What I ordered isn’t what I received and there was a dead gnat on my biscuit. She takes them back for me to wait 10 more minutes for food claimed to be fresh. I was missing a side(red beans and rice), straws, honey, butter, and hot sauce. I didn’t get what I paid for and I was disappointed by the taste of my entire meal and the greasy fried pickles.

It was a very quick drive thru experience at prime time Friday night. All of the food was really good. Fluffy biscuits, mashed potatoes flavored well, coleslaw was excellent. Not all of the franchises get it right but this one did. Will be back!

I came inside the store to place an order. I used my points to pay for my food instore. After I scanned the lady said i still have to pay after jt took my points. im going back and forth with the ladys showing them it took my points and they still wouldn’t honor it.They sat there and laughed in my face. I would love to speak to the General Manager. I showed the people multiple times and they just sat there and laughed and were being disrespectful.They need to be fired

I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this Popeyes location. A simple order turned into an uncomfortable situation when an employee became extremely unprofessional and aggressive toward my sister. What should have been routine customer service escalated to the point where the employee tried to physically confront her, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the general manager was no help at all. Instead of addressing the situation or attempting to de-escalate, they failed to take the issue seriously, leaving us feeling unsafe and unheard. No customer should ever feel threatened in a restaurant. Management clearly needs to address staff behavior, accountability, and proper customer service training. I would not recommend this location.

I was surprised at the great experience I had at this Popeyes. I love fried chicken, as many do. I believe Popeyes has the best fried chicken. That doesn’t mean you can get decent customer service. Let me be clear, because I’m not sure which one is asking for the review. It was the popeyes at 2578 Candler Rd. Decatur GA. 30032. The food was fresh and really good. The customer service was outstanding. They service like, this is what we do all the time.(It seemed second nature to them). I have to say sorry, because I think, because of where they are located, my expectations were low. I was so wrong. If you’re in the area, it’s a great place to dine. Please keep up the good work, customer service is a lost art, these days!

The service was really friendly and the drive-thru was surprisingly fast during lunchtime on a Thursday. The food was served hot and fresh, although the Ghost Pepper wings were a bit overcooked. Unfortunately, they ran out of regular chilled lemonade, so they gave us the frozen one in a paper cup filled with ice. Despite that, everything else was ok.

The line was unnecessarily long. This is one of the reasons the line be so long. The cashier waves the driver not to come to the window. No hot sauce. Chicken sandwich was cooked to fast including not done in the middle. The new manager is handling it very well but needs to address the wait time.
