Be careful if you are in the drive-thru. DON’T agree to parking in front and waiting for your order. Multiple times, they have left me sitting in front and never brought my order. They have cleared out my order in the system, so their numbers look good, meanwhile I was sitting in front for over 20 minutes waiting. I dont care how busy you are, that is unacceptable.

I originally planned to go to McDonald’s to pick up food, but decided to go to Chick-fil-A instead. I went there this morning to pick up food for people working at my house. I ordered six chicken egg biscuits and two spicy ones.
The person who took my order was named Mimi. She truly paid attention to what I said , which feels like a lost art these days. While I was waiting for my food, I thought to myself, “I should have asked her to separate each order.” When I looked up, she was already doing it.
I have never received this level of service at a fast-food restaurant. She was attentive, observant, and genuinely helpful. She recognized exactly what I needed and packed everything accordingly. This location is fantastic, and Mimi is a perfect example of what front-facing customer service should be.
I will go back because of her service. Thank you Mimi. Stay Awesome

Chick-fil-A has been one of my favorite places for years. I’ve always associated this location with strong hospitality, respectful staff, and the values Chick-fil-A claims to stand for. Unfortunately, a recent visit completely changed my view.
I understand that food can take time. That’s not the issue. The issue is management. The manager on duty that day did not come close to living up to Chick-fil-A’s standards of respect, professionalism, and care for employees. He was openly rude to staff and made inappropriate comments toward them. That behavior directly contradicts the company’s emphasis on treating people with dignity and respect.
What makes this more frustrating is that there are managers at this location who do reflect those values. Jeremiah consistently treats employees with respect, and the staff clearly respects him in return. Phil does the same. Their leadership shows what this establishment should look like. In contrast, Josiah’s behavior, based on what I’ve personally witnessed, does not align with Chick-fil-A’s culture at all. He regularly speaks down to employees, acts unprofessionally, and carries himself with an authority that feels more like a power trip than leadership. I have even seen him argue with an employee in front of others. After reading additional reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern.
Because of this, I’m giving this location one star until management addresses the problem. Chick-fil-A is known for high standards and strong values. This manager does not meet them. The employees here are kind, hardworking, and deserve leadership that reflects the brand they represent.

This breakfast sandwich was like 8$ and the piece of chicken was smaller than a white castle slider. Didn’t taste bad but way too expensive for the size. Last I went the nuggets were soggy and just tasted disgusting. I wont be back, 2x is all a store gets to rip me off.

Normally service is amongst the best at this Chick-fil-A, but today it was off. Ordered my desert through the app and it never came to the table. My lunch order was smooth a little wait, but we’ll with in acceptable margins. I flagged an employee down and and problem solved did have to wait for a new root beer float but it was fresh.

Been here a handful of time and the service has been consistently bad. Ordered a peppermint iced coffee and they forgot to add the syrup. Went back to get it fixed and they just added the syrup in with peppermint chips and told us to stir. There isn’t even supposed to be chips in the coffee! It was so chunky and overly sweet. Seems like management has to work on training the workers better especially with menu items that are limited time only.

There’s just something about this chicken from the crispy exterior to the super moist tender inside. The bun is perfection. Don’t get me started on the waffle fries and the sauces. It’s hard to choose. Sometimes I do a few just to change it up. How about you?
