I have come here before, and the drive-through is usually fast and very efficient. Today was Veterans day, and both my wife and I are Veterans/Active Duty so we went to enjoy a free meal. Thank you to all companies that do this.
We drove up to the drive-through and asked for the meal, we were told that it is only available inside the store…ok. So we wait in the line, go park and walk inside.
We ask the lady for the meal and she asks for our ID’s. I show my physical ID because i’m active duty, my wife pulls up her VA status card on her phone and the lady says, “Not sure if we accept that, hold on.” and goes to wave over a manager. My wife begins to explain that the Status Cards are all online now, and you can’t get a physical copy. She would rather have a physical copy, but can’t. The lady at the front, who hasn’t served a day in her life, doesn’t believe us and still calls the manager over. The manager insects the phone… I mean, hardcore inspecting the screen and reading everything about my wifes time in service and then informs the front lady that she’s fine to order.
So we order the 2 meals or whatever and we ask to take them To-Go. She says it’s dine-in only. Really Chick-Fil-A? You want to not only double-check every veteran that walks in here, but you want to waste their time too? I feel bad, because the food was free, but i’ve never had an issue with any place like this in the past on Veterans Day.
So we sit down and wait for our food, another lady delivers it and we asked for To-Go bags… then left.
this place is usually very helpful and fast, but tried way too hard on Veterans day. Like come on.

I’ve always came to this place and never had a problem, until today. The person who took the order forgot to give us the drink fine I’ll give it a pass. Because well I should’ve remembered. Now I’m home stuffing my face with the mac & cheese. When I hit the bottom I see a hair between the cheese and the mac!!! Why?! Definitely special alright.

We go here weekly for order pick up and weekly … WEEKLY there is always something missed in our order. From missing utensils, missing straws, missing fries, or missing sauces. Every time something is forgotten. Yesterday it was the tomatoes in our sandwiches. OUR sandwiches!! Great food great store but we should not have to inspect every aspect of our bagged meal before we leave the store on a pickup.

Tayler was very unprofessional and didn’t seem happy to take my order. I asked if I needed to tell her my drink because I asked for a meal and she said I get it later. Turns out she didn’t even get my order right and I didn’t get the meal. I ended up having to pay for fries and drink separately which came out to more $. I am rarely disappointed with Chick-fil-A, but when I am, it’s for very little things! This last time, however, I can’t ignore. As often as I frequent this location, you would think care and attention would be put on presentation and the taste of food. So disappointed when I went. The fries smelled so bad and the chicken did not taste good. When I went to an employee they said they noticed the fryer smelled bad and they told the manager about it and said he’s only allowing refunds for the fries. I called in the manager, Joe Byrne, and he repeated himself that the only refund he is giving us for the fries not even the whole meal even though I also complained about the chicken. The fries touch all part of my meal so I don’t know why the refund for the whole meal wasn’t even an option. The employee tried their best to compensate me but the manager was straight up rude. What ever happened to customer is always right?

Never thought I’d review a fast food restaurant but man this chik fil a is top tier. Most fresh and best sandwich I’ve had from one strangely.

Also, I don’t know if the hiring processes are legal here, but all the girls who work here are smoking hot for some reason lol. And look like they could be related. Even the manager was cute
