This was our first time dining in, and it was a great experience! The restaurant was steady but not overly crowded, and we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Debbie, was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
The French Cappuccino was absolutely delicious — the best I’ve had in a long time! I highly recommend trying it.
Our food arrived fresh and hot, and everything tasted wonderful. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the nostalgic charm of the restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband & I had heard such great things about this place and were so excited to stop in for the first time this morning and let me just say it lived up to its word-of-mouth and beyond! I felt like I was transported into a Norman Rockwell scene meeting an extended family I never knew for the first time! We waited about 20 minutes to get in around 10 am on the first Saturday after New Years and it was so worth it! The staff was authentically friendly and chatty putting smiles on our faces immediately, a couple ladies seated to our right leaned over to recommend items and an elderly man to our left chimed in giving his sage advice being a regular there after Sunday masses, and before you knew it we were all chatting and giggling together having an amazing time before we even began eating! Our French Vanilla Cappuccinos deliciously got us off to a great start! Our waitress Josie could not have been more attentive and enjoyable! As our plates arrived they even moved us a few feet away to a cleaned roomy booth from our small table to accommodate our food LOL! Talk about being on the ball! Lisa the owner paused a few times to chat with us and see how everything once, and Josie knowing we were first-timers whipped up a sweet confection dipping sauce w/lemon for our gigantic German pancake! Hubby & I delighted in ripping side pieces off and dipping each luxurious bite! My Banana Nut Surprise was scrumptious and filling… I only got half down with the other food, so brought home to enjoy later. Hubby’s veggie omelette was really good; we never had a puffy baked omelet before and enjoyed the light texture! The raisin toast was buttery crunchy good too! Can’t wait to return hopefully next week with our son. THANK YOU PANTRY for an EXCEPTIONAL experience!!

I’ve been coming here for years and getting the same thing! Last time I came the pineapple coconut pancake they made wrong… they made with cinnamon sugar instead of brown sugar, today they made the pancakes and they are so small compared to a standard! The pineapple one was the size of a mini pizza or large bagel round… my banana surprise was as thin as a regular pancake and not thick and meaty like they always are… I am so disappointed… it’s been an annual tradition with my coworker for our birthdays for about 10 years… this may be the last time!

Waitress was pleasant and attentive. Food came out hot and delicious. The Garden was a bit pricey but large portion. I got the breakfast special. Was good portions for the price. The place is clean and looks more like an older diner. One issue was they have small cups for coffee. Wasn’t really an issue because our waitress was great.Overall great place

Debbie was a great server. It was my first time here today after my friend recommended. We got the baked fruit pancake, the honey bun French toast, and smoked sausage. the CANADIAN BACON WAS AMAZING!!!!! Everything was really good. Will be back bc Debbie was so nice & everything was fresh.

These people are amazing! The service was very kind and friendly, and the food was delicious. They also took the extra step to heat up the syrup for us! The place has a nice atmosphere, and a cozy vibe. At the end, we placed a carryout order for food and they even brought it out to our car in freezing snowy weather. We are definitely visiting The Pantry again. They’re amazing!

Did not meet my expectations. Everyone raves about this restaurant and how good it is. The food overall was average. Could have received better tasting food for the same service and lower price at Leo’s Coney Island. The tea was bland, and the potatoes where bland. The survivor way to inexperienced fo their age. She not only rushed us to finish our food/drinks but was constantly refilling cups after being to No. Very crowded and needs a more updated decor.The upside their bread products came out and fantastic. It just was not enough for me to come back, they definitely cater to an older crowd.

Stopped in for breakfast and got the apple pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon. The pancakes were perfect, and the apple, cinnamon, and sugar combination was excellent. The bacon was perfectly crisp, and the eggs were good as well. The waitress was consistent and refilled my coffee and checked that everything was okay. It’s always great stopping at The Pantry; always great food and a great atmosphere.

My parter & I absolutely love both locations of The Pantry. My mom also loved it when I brought her. We would eat here every day if we could. Service is fantastic, everyone is always very sweet. Their food is delicious, always a hearty meal. We typically order an omelet with house potatoes and one of their Dutch pancakes to split which is the perfect pairing of sweet & savory for us. Their prices are pretty good given the portions you receive. Everything is cooked fresh so things take a little while to come out but they’re always piting hot and delicious! The atmosphere is reminiscent of a classic oldschool diner, a little crowded in some areas & always busy but not in a disruptive way. Highly recommend!

We went for a brunch on busy Sunday afternoon. Indeed this place was super busy. We were lucky to get a table quickly. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. They have also me great choices for breakfast on their menu. We tried German pancake and omelettes. The food was great. I found the items on menu reasonably priced. Overall a good experience and I am excited to try more food later here.
