The worst place I have ever eaten for the price. They barely had any food in the buffet. The cornbread was super hard and bland. The chicken was extremely greasy and tasted like pure grease. The adult buffet was 13 dollars a piece with no options to choose from. The kids were 10 dollars a piece. My kids didn’t even want to eat the nasty food they had. They had old looking cheesecake and just two pieces left. It was just so nasty. I would not recommend this place. It has gone way down hill. There wasn’t even bbq on the buffet.

I ate here today 9/10/2021 for the first time with my wife and friend. It was awesome. Everything was delicious. I tried all of the deserts, salad and buffet. Our waitress was outstanding very friendly and made us fill at home. I will come back here and I guarantee you will too after tasting this homemade BBQ and sauce. It to die for.

I ate from the lunch buffet. They were serving pork chops with bbq sauce and fried chicken. Both of these were delicious. Sides were rice and gravy, collard greens, black eyed peas, corn on the cob, and fried tomatoes. The food was plentiful and delicious.

I was not impressed. It was just ok. Service was great but found a long brown hair in my food and my friend also found one in her food. To say the least I will not be back. Why can’t you people that work in these kitchens put hair nets on and tie your hair up. Just stupid to lose business over something like this.

1/ Curb Appeal – sidewalk covered with weeds.
2/ Sign advertising the businesses behind and next to sign distracts passersby who read “Nana’s Kitchen”
3/ Poston’s BBQ entrance not ADA compliant (no wheelchair/handicap access).
4/ Between end of Lunch Buffet, 3pm and beginning of Dinner Buffet, when I arrived, Buffet steam table was 1/2 empty i. e. not appetizing to me.

…. So, I chose Lunch Special, a steak sandwich, instead [and for more money].
……
After I ate, Buffet was replenished/setup for Dinner. …. Looked appetizing.

Lunch Special tasted ok.

Next time, I’ll know to arrive at 4pm for Dinner Buffet – BBQ, Chicken, etc

Once I find something that reminds me of home…. I keep going back. The food at Poston’s BBQ is of exceptional quality. The chicken livers are pretty on point too. Their lightly breaded and tossed in the fryer till just right. If you soon find yourself in Chesterfield, SC and you brought your appetite along for the ride… Give Poston’s BBQ a try, it’s sure to please ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5️⃣

Barbecue plates ….Yuck….Nasty….Taste like old wild Boar hog with the testicles still attached. I sure hope the buffet is better. The people were nice ..butter n you up for the food that will kill you. Nope never again. I support local businesses but not this mess. Very expensive 55.00 for 4 plates.
