First time eating here. Ordered chicken tenders fries and Texas toast. Chicken was soft, not dry, but was very bland. It definitely need to have seasoning actually put on the chicken. Not having to depend on the sauce for flavor. Sauce helped a lot with this review. The fries was nothing special about it. Just some small crinkled fries lightly seasoned. The toast was my favorite.

Always the best chicken fingers. So consistent and always crispy fresh and delicious. The sauce is pretty good too. This spot gets packed for lunch and I understand why. People tend yo.go where the good food is at and its obviously here. They dont slack and even the bread is good. Like, really good. Lemonade ad tea is also great here.

We went for a Scout fund raiser, we hadn’t visited for awhile.
Wow! Each chicken piece was tender! I enjoyed the sauce this time- I never truly liked it before. The coleslaw was delicious, and the fries were above average. The young man assisting us was quite pleasant, and brought our tray of food to us.
We will return… Without any “fund raiser” to inspire us

Go to KFC! If I could give this Cain’s a minus 5 star I would. Rude uneducated employees that don’t understand simple 3rd grade math. Been here 7 time’s in two weeks because I love the food but never got past the order part due to stupidity on the part of improperly trained staff. Advice “Go Somewhere else here is a photo for suggestions”

Grabbed 6 box combos for the family and the tenders looked like they was sliced in half, so basically got 2 tenders per box lol. On top of a 20 min wait and then barely gave fries… Hey canes when you guys are busy instead of slicing my tenders in half I’ll wait a little longer for my food, won’t be coming back for a while.

Caniac Combo (6 fingers, fries, 1 piece of bread, 1 cole slaw, 2 sauces): Fries were great, but the one finger I ate on the way home wasn’t hot and tasted somewhat cardboardy. Took the combo out 2 days later-I now understand the other complaints about small pieces of chicken. (See photos). I stopped going to the Gahanna one because the drive-thru was getting my orders wrong, so it is a big deal to go to Reynoldsburg.
Once, some months ago, Rey got it wrong, the store offered to correct it. When I went this time? What’s up, Raising Cane’s? Seems too much to put an effort in, even though your lines are long?
I stopped trying on holidays for the specials because of the lines, but I think y’all have a bigger problem. I’m not a fan of the Chik, but increasingly slipshod service doesn’t appeal to me either.

My family and I ordered chicken finger meals that came with a drink and fries. The chicken fingers were good sizes and they were nice and hot. To be honest, I think that the tenders needed seasoning, and their menu didn’t have a huge amount of things to choose from, but the food was good. I also think this would be a great place for kids to eat since they like chicken fingers and fries! They also have the best ice!!!
