This McDonald’s location is one of my favorites, It’s located on the corner of Baya Drive and South Main Street. Here, I prefer the McDoubles (double cheese burger), as they’re always served up fresh and exactly as I ordered. The employees are friendly, polite, and get my order quickly as requested. The inside is typically clean, tables wiped regularly, and quiet atmosphere.

Ashamed to say, but we eat out 6 times a week sometimes twice in one day. Everytime we go to this McDonald’s it’s a problem! 30 minute plus drive thru no matter when you go here. I’ve put in complaints before that have gone nowhere. The manager is worthless. Today she was racist which wasn’t the 1st time I witnessed it. I’m white and there was an old white and one black man. The cashier wasn’t giving out receipts. The manager gave the old white man his food and then the black man asked for his. The manager argued with him and said I’m calling the police. We all were like why??? He just wants his food. We all verified we saw him pay. The manager was the one escalating an issue. Lobby full of waiting customers.i have done complaints through their survey system and they didn’t even email or call back. Today now I was trying to order in the app and it says restaurant is unavailable. So again I’ll have to go up there for another bad experience from the beginning! We are slowly switching to Burger King! Another nightmare trip. Can’t order on the app and I’m sitting in the drive thru. I can’t get my deals through the app today.

Employees seem to conversate more than hand food out of the window. 20 minutes waiting in a drive through for two value menu burgers makes zero sense. Watching people get a fry and a sandwhich but waiting at the window for someone to come bring it to the window. They are asking about each other’s weekends rather than work. Just unsure how there hasnt been an audit here yet, or an overhaul of business practices here. Foods good….just unsure why sitting there with fumes stuck in the drive through is something we all as customers want to come back to.

I’ve never had a good experience here. My food has always been crap, it’s always taken absolutely forever to get my food and I’ve worked at McDonald’s before so I know how long it should take. The problem is that nobody cares so they’ll just stand there and talk to each other or move like they’re literally asleep. The entire place just needs to be revamped with new employees or policy’s or something.

35 minutes for a curbside pickup. Came inside to not one employee even say hello. Or even acknowledge me as I was standing at the counter. Waiting another 15 minutes inside for my online. Came home and our order was wrong. People definitely lost integrity at there place of work!! Definitely learned lesson since this is now our 3rd similar experience.
