JULY 4, 2025. I have been to BRAUMS numerous times in the past several years at different locations. I have shopped in the Fresh Market for produce, milk (my go to for A2 – high quality at an affordable price), etc. Very convenient. I have eaten Breakfast, Hamburgers, Hot Fudge Sundaes, and more. All good. I met Naaman at the E Main St. location, which is temporarily closed for remodeling. He is currently working at this location. He greeted me when I entered. I went to the counter to place my order, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted. There were no customers behind me so Zand made several suggestions. After a couple minutes Mayde took my order. I decided to try 1 Bowl of Chili. It was delicious. Thank you very much Mayde!
Mayde, Naaman, Zand, & George are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They provided excellent customer service! A positive shout-out to everyone else who works here. Good people + good food + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews. Thank you all!!!
OCTOBER 8, 2025 UPDATE: I had the Grilled Chicken Salad, Cottage Cheese, and Cheese & Garlic Croutons. It was wonderful. Mayde, George, and other terrific team members helped me.
They have 6 handicapped parking spaces in front of the main east side entrance with wheelchair accessibility.

Braum’s is a solid spot for a quick bite and a sweet treat. I ordered a chocolate shake it was top-notch—rich, smooth, and full of flavor, The burgers? Absolutely on point—juicy, fresh, and cooked just right. I got a double bacon burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese it was delicious.

I feel like every time that I come to a braum’s not this one necessarily but the majority of them. If you come after 9:30 they don’t have bags of biscuits and sausage ready. You usually have to wait 10 minutes to get them. On this particular day I came to this location and it was just a little bit after 10:00 and they had to make everything fresh which was really great but the wait was at least 10 to 15 minutes. Is this normal policy? Because every other time I come in just to get one or two of them usually takes a couple of minutes but not ever this long. And if you’re serving breakfast until 10:30, shouldn’t these type of things be readily available? I’m sure the food will be delicious but the time it takes to get these is kind of ridiculous. Can we phone in our order?

Nice staff. Best and creamy ice cream!! They offer varieties of flavors along with fudge cake – vanilla, chocolate, nuts, and syrups. They also have banana splits, which is yummy!! You can customize too!!

Braum’s is Braum’s is Braum’s… and this is true. HOWEVER, I shop the store for fresh produce, meats, cheeses, nut snacks and frozen foods. So much more than a restaurant and ice cream place. Friendly staff at this location and they ALWAYS have the items I need. More convenient and less stressful than regular grocery stores. Give it a try!!

Driven by Braums a million times. First time in a decade of visiting Plano and had my first burger here.
It’s on the level of any fast food burger. Crinkle fries are average. Guacamole burger is…fine where the guacamole feels like a premade frozen version. Their chicken finger? Looks like most fast food places. The mushroom bacon double thick patty is definitely better.
However for value? Pretty great. $1.30 plus tax for a small frozen yogurt in a cone? Great. Exchanging your drink for a milk shake with toppings? Great. Buying frozen foods and milk from their retail side? Interesting. My nephew loves their milk. Who knew they sold milk.
Overall, pretty great for a fast food joint.

eat here literally all the time but have not updated my review in quite sometime. felt the need to now since I was eating fries and pulled out several covered in hair. ill keep coming back here but I’ll be skipping any of the fries from now on which is a shame since they were one of my favorite things.
