I was here at 12:30am Sun January 18 2026. The lady that y’all have in management is doing a Poor job. Fast food should never take 35 minutes to receive. Y’all need to change your operations. Something is not right and very unorganized. This hurts the community

The sausage biscuit was great but I thought that I was going to have to exit the drive through and get in the outside lane to get them to take my order. When I arrived at the inside lane I drive through there was one car in front of me. I watched them take and process three orders on outside lane before they took the order of the car in front of me. Then they did the same to me when I arrived at the order screen. I sat and watched them take and process three more orders beside me while I tried to get their attention to take my order.

I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast and didn’t drink my caramel macchiato with extra caramel until I got to work so it could cool down a bit but it doesn’t taste like caramel or even like a macchiato. I tried calling the store, but the line was busy.

This location consistently asks customers to pull forward and park in the drive-thru even when there’s no one behind them.

Today there was no car behind me when I was told to pull forward because they were still cooking fresh burgers. As I was leaving, the truck that had been behind me was also parked. At that point, it’s clear this isn’t about keeping the line moving it’s about clearing the drive-thru timer. The wait doesn’t disappear. It just moves into the parking lot. Drive thru metrics are supposed to measure real service performance so stores can improve. Parking cars to protect window times defeats that purpose and makes the experience feel disingenuous.

This place sucks. Sorry to be so blunt. Been stood at the register for 5-10 minutes, been walked past 20+ times. Not one person said hello or asked if they can help. Completely ignorant staff. Harsh, but fair.

This is the second day in a row that I’ve been at this location at 5am cuz I was on my way to work and needed something fast cuz my sugar was low and they were late opening,ignored me and didn’t even take my order. Good employees get to work early and have their business opened and ready, on time, for customers.

I normally do not write reviews but this visit deserves one from the service down to the food. I ordered my food at the drive thru & when I got to the window I was given the wrong bag of food. I drove back to the menu & told them what happened & they told me to go back to the second window. When I told the manager she questioned me like I was lying about receiving the wrong bag, asked me what I ordered, & told me to give the bag of wrong food back. She gave me the correct order, which was a bag that looked it was handed to someone else & returned. When I got home I took a bite out & immediately spit it out after looking at the sandwich. Half of the patty is raw. I tried to call the establishment but of course they didn’t answer. I worked in food service in the past & there’s no way that it is acceptable to accept returned food & the griddle must need to be serviced since half of the burger patty is uncooked.

I don’t even know what to do about this location anymore. It seems as though every single time we get food from here, there’s just a new thing to be disappointed about. It was 9:59 and we’re sitting in the drive-thru. The person at the speaker says give me a second and then I give them my order number after they say that they’re ready for me. I tell them the order number and she immediately says oh. I’m sorry I actually eventually just cuts off. We sit there for 5 minutes waiting for her to say something and she finally says I’m sorry about that. How can I help? And I tell her my mobile order code and so we get our mobile order receipts. And there’s two cars in front of us. It took them another 5 minutes to take care of those cars. So by that point we had been at the restaurant for 15 minutes for fast food. We figured that considering that we waited so long that the food would have at least been fresh, but, somehow, the Nuggets, fries and burger were cold and sauce was left out of our orders. It’s extremely disappointing when we place two mobile orders with your company and both of them managed to get botched. We were going to order more food afterwards but ended up deciding that it was an absolute joke tonight and so we made the final decision to not spend another Penny there. On top of this, the staff were really rude, especially the one who handed us our order. He didn’t even make eye contact with us. This was just a generally disappointing experience and it’s like every single time we end up doing this we end up making the decision to never come back to McDonald’s again and it’s miserable.not to mention my burger looks steamrolled. I usually expect to trash from McDonald’s anyway, but sour fries and sandwiches so covered in mayonnaise that they’re inedible is actually insane and so once again it seems as though it’s just not worth spending money at this location

I’m not sure who the managers are at this location, but they are both some of the most unprofessional people I have EVER interacted with. I placed an app order and upon arriving to pick it up, there was a mistake with one item in my order. Mistakes happen, no big deal. However, when I brought it inside after parking, the managers took over 5 minutes to even acknowledge my presence, before responding to me and even swearing loud enough for all to hear over the frustration from THEIR mistake! Even had the audacity to be upset with ME! I wish I knew their names but if you see this, you know who you are. Do better.

McRib…. cold and bun was like rubber. Must have been yesterday’s.
Double cheesburger….cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and bun was hard.
Fries…. cold, undercooked, and over salted.

Tea was the only thing that was good today.

Couldn’t even get my money back because the kiosk you order from gives you blank receipts!

Worst mcdonalds I ever have gone to. Customer service sucks. Employees chatting in the back while people standing in line at the register. Don’t know why they have a drive through when they make you park every time and the employees have to walk your food out.

Don’t bother going here!
