Stopped here before headed home. Plenty of parking in the lot. This location has a drive-through. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean inside with plenty of seating. Donuts were great. We got there a little late so not much of a variety.

I was getting donuts for my daughter‘s birthday party in the morning and I opened up the donut box just to be met with a black hair on two of the donuts and short ones I literally gagged at the sight. I went inside to try to figure this out, and they would not issue me a new box of donuts nor a refund. they told me I put them on there myself. absolutely disappointing. Do not come here unless you’re looking for black hair on your donuts.

Very disappointed with Krispy Kreme’s Valentine’s Day special. The donuts advertised online looked festive and detailed, but what I received looked completely different. It felt like a bait and switch. I made the mistake of driving home without opening the box first, which is on me, but the product still didn’t match what was advertised.
When I called customer service, the representative said they had “run out” of the advertised donuts and that corporate approved substituting them anyway (For context, I ordered them online for pickup at 8am. They didn’t “run out”. They simply never made them like the picture advertised online to begin with…at least not at this poorly managed location). While I was explaining my concern, she hung up on me mid-sentence.
Misleading promotion and terrible customer service. I will never be ordering from Krispy Kreme again, and you shouldn’t either.

The workers were very kind, I asked for some glazed donuts and the worker even offered if I wanted them fresh instead of the ones displayed, my order went smoothly and got out quick and easy, the donuts were amazing as well. I recommend trying the donuts here it’s worth it.

I don’t eat their donuts but I dash here a lot and two separate times I want to make sure they have what my customers ordered and two times I got employees and a manger being really rude to me the first time they didn’t have what my customer order so I went back in to ask them if they could switch it and the guy got really rude with me just telling me they have to give the customer a refund because they could they couldn’t open the box alls my customer wanted was an donut that the employee had to just put the one my customer asked for after ten motor the employee fighting with me he finally put the one donut in a bag for my customer today went there for another customer they didn’t have the stuff my customer ordered which they told me they didn’t have it they don’t know how the customer could order it then the manger which is the one I had a problem with told me it was a mix up in their system told me that I was being rude when I wasn’t just asking her why have it so they can order it then she told me that she was going to have someone else come get my customers order she gave me the order and I ask her if she had the number to corporate she said no she didn’t I told her that I have the number then she proceeded to tell me she was going to call door dash on me for what for making sure my customer orders were right then she proceeded to follow me out of the store took a picture of me and my car as I was leaving I wouldn’t ever eat there or ever go there again that was scary to be followed out and then have your picture taken by a manger the woman in the photo is the manger that followed me out to my car taking pictures of me and my car

I was on my way to get what is now Krispy Kreme’s discontinued glazed lemon filled doughnuts. Evidently, they discontinued that product a few weeks ago, after it’s been goodness knows how long they have been served to the public. So, Ian the Assistant Manager (hope I spelled your name right) was very kind in offering other doughnuts and because of the tremendous disappointment of some other doughnuts being discontinued, he made my day! He really knew how to make a customer feel special! Thank you so much, my guy! God bless ya!

Stopped here on my way back on a business trip to surprise my girls back home with fresh donuts.
There are a limited amount of kosher Krispy Kreme‘s in United States so when we find one nearby, we jump at the chance to go.
The atmosphere was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming.
The building does look older and worn, but the donuts are fresh. It’s so amazing to watch the donuts being made, and to get them hot off the line.
The older gentleman who helped me, you can see the smile behind his mask, the patience that he had while you decide what donuts you want, and his positive attitude.
One of the other employees is actually dancing as they worked, And everyone seem to have smiles on their face.

Wasted Lemonade
I knew this one kid from High School who works here (I don’t know if he still works here) who’s full name is Emanuel Perez. And he told me his boss (manager, or whatever, someone who’s in charge of the place, like a higher-up) allows his employees to vape/smoke on the job but as long as it’s not in front of the customers because that would be a bad look. Emanuel also told me that the donuts usually aren’t fresh but he said that he’d hook me up some fresh batches if I come. So one day while I was done checking stuff out at the Farmers Market in New Castle, I decided to stop by his job at Krispy Kreme for donuts. I unfortunately came in a day when he’s not there working. I forgot what I got, but, when I took a bite, it was definitely stale. And the cashier who’s a white dude with orange hair (Red hair? Ginger? I don’t know, but I can tell you that he’s the only white dude who works there) but when I tried to get my change, he gave me so little and I had to ask him for more which is crazy how someone couldn’t do basic math (he asked me for help by saying “Is this enough?”) Some old lady from a store gave my change back quickly and correctly than this guy. If you enjoy stale donuts, and potentially getting scammed, this is the place. By the way, I only been here once in my life. I forgot when I came here but I’m pretty sure it was either 2022 or 2023.

If a red light is on at a Krispy Kreme then it’s a great day. I was there for donut day and Krispy Kreme was giving away One free donut per person. My wife and I got a free donut and it was heaven! It was hot right out of the grease. The people working here were friendly and helpful and took care of us lickety split.
