Stayed at a nearby hotel and was super excited to see a Ruby Tuesday still in existence since all back home have shuttered. Walked there 1/2 mile in the rain. That’s how determined I was!
Got there around 6:00-6:30 on a Tuesday and was greeting by a very friendly server who sat me at my table and waiting on me. If I recall, his name was Jordan. Besides the bartender, he and maybe only one other server was working but the restaurant was very slow considering it was dinner time. While I was looking at the menu, Jordan let me know that the special of the day was 1/2 off all smash burgers! Opted for the triple smash which is normally $17 so about $8.50 SOLD! I also added the endless salad bar for about $7 which is one of the main reasons I miss frequenting RT. The salad bar was freshly stocked with a nice assortment of items. It did not disappoint. The smash burger seemed a bit underwhelming in size. The bun was larger than the actual hamburger patties and tasted a bit dry due to a lack of any condiments on it and the bun itself was a bit hard but it definitely wasn’t to the point where I felt the need to send it back. Even though the size seemed initially smaller than I was expecting, it was definitely filling between that and the salad. I was hesitant to walk that far in the rain but ultimately I’m glad I did. Thanks for the friendly service Jordan!

Ruby Tuesday has always been a pleasant Restaurant for me and my husband. We were sad when our local one closed. When we travel and see one – we always try to eat there. This one was very convenient and located down the street from our hotel. It was clean with nice Christmas decorations. The hostess was friendly and seated us in a timely manner. Our waitress was wonderful- friendly knowledgeable and proficient. She was busy but made us feel like we were her only customers. The menu had a variety of choices with new dishes added. We love the salad bar and always add with our meal. It didn’t disappoint- fresh with all their signature choices. The sweet tea and lemonade were good. Our food came quickly- hot and tasted good. The Prices are reasonable with something for everyone. Thank you Lithicum Maryland location.

Took 40 minutes to pickup an online order after arriving. Restaurant staff told me “someone must have taken your chicken sandwich and we’ll remake it”. After the long wait, I got home and bit into a RAW chicken sandwich. Will not be going back to this location.

Haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesdays for a while since the one in Columbia closed. We always liked the all you can eat salad bar so we thought we’d try the one in Lithium Heights on February 9.
When we walked in the hostess asked how many – 2 and then she said let me see what’s available and started to look at a pad on the hostess stand. Another couple walked in behind us, she asked how many and then asked all 4 of us to have a seat in the waiting area. It wasn’t crowded. Then she proceeded to tell the couple that came in after us to follow her to a table. After that seated us. I’m thinking this isn’t a good start. We sat in the bar area and the bartender/server was great. She quickly took our drink order and then or food order. Food was quick and good. We got the smash burger with tots and the all you can eat salad. Great service.
Went back on February 23 for the Monday specials. In our case it was soup and all you can eat salad plus the smash burger with tots and all you can eat salad.
We were greeted by Shar who was very friendly. As he seated us he took our drink order and then our food order when he brought the drinks.
Food again arrived quickly and burger and tots were hot. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh. As we ate I noticed Shar greeting, seating and taking orders for multiple customers. At one point he was sweeping the floor and my wife said you do everything. He smiled and said I like to be busy.
Outstanding young man. We will continue to visit for the daily specials, good food. And hope Shar is working on our future visits.

We brought my sister and brother-in-law to the Ruby Tuesday’s location in Linthicum, MD for a birthday lunch for my sister. Cati was attentive, kind, and so patient with the children. She was thoughtful and so sensitive to all of the children’s needs, but in particular, the two children with autism. Our food came out accurate, prompt, hot, and fresh. Our drinks were refilled even before they ran out. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh. An overall excellent visit! Thank you so much! Thank you especially to Cati for making the birthday lunch an awesome success!!!

This was one of the worst service that we have had from Ruby Tuesdays. We come here a lot. I am not sure if Stacia is new or not but. We got our drinks and sat for 20 min until she came to take our order. We waited so long to get drink Refills that I had to ask another waiter to help. Then the appetizer came and to no surprise it was wrong. So here we are waiting for our appetizer and our food comes out completely wrong. My steak is cooked wrong. There’s no ribs on the plate and she took out forks so only one of us can eat so now how long do we have to wait to get another fork?About 10 minutes!!!! Asked for steak sauce, three times!!!! I am livid!! I am not one to complain. Hopefully she is new and can improve but for now she gets one star. The restaurant, however I still give five stars because the manager did make everything right and didn’t charge us for the meal. Shannon is awesome and we will still be returning.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ruby Tuesday is poorly managed. The service was unbearably slow, and our server was nowhere to be found most of the time. We had to track someone down just to get basic things like refills.
The food was a joke cold, bland, and clearly thrown together with zero care. They don’t know how to cook steak. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. It honestly felt like no one working there cared at all.
Total waste of time and money. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Old messed up seats. No host. Cracked cups. Ceiling falling apart this place needs to do the area a favor and shutdown. I heard coughing in the back I didnt even wan to eat my food when it came out. The cook don’t even wear hairnets.
I over heard a server being racist to a table and talking bad about an employee.
I’m done have a nice one.

Service was superb. I can not think of a way Katherine could have been better. Rest of the staff was excellent too. I recalled from decades ago how excellent the salad bar was and it still is. Looks small but had everything I wanted and everything was so fresh. I only expect consistent and pretty good food from all brands of these chain restaurants, but Ruby Tuesday exceeded those expectations. We without a doubt will be going back again, likely regularly.

We dined at the Linthicum MD location. Our server Cati was amazing! She was very patient and helpful when my RT app & Rewards weren’t working. She also suggested the Bourbon BBQ sauce for my ribs and it was delicious! Salad bar was well stocked. Couldn’t ask for better service!
