My girlfriends and I enjoyed our awesome burgers and delicious drinks. But the best part of eating in the Restaurant was the service we got from Haley. We were a Party of 6 ladies. Each of us with special requests and Haley just smiles and say “no problem, we can do that or we will try to make it the way you want it”. She was very attentive to us and got all orders right. She constantly checked on us and made sure our drinks were filled. Then when it was time to pay, she just smiled and patiently took each payment, processed it, smiled again, and thanked us. She is AWESOME !!!!! Thank You, Haley

Gosh I hate saying this… arrived 9pm on Saturday, they close 11pm. Server may have been busy but didn’t know we were sat in a bar booth, so it took sometime to be greeted. She apologized and we got orders done on our first interaction because that is how much time we had.
Burgers came out (9:28pm) The burger bun just crumbled. We ordered medium rare burgers and they came well done, which made them dry. We ate them and never got to mention that to server, how usually server asks how your food is. Never saw the server the entire meal. We kept looking back for servers attention and eventually asked another waitress for more fries (endless) to-go, since we waited patiently the entire time and never got a chance to order them for the plate. The bottomless serving on the plate was small, so he wanted more of course. We paid on the table box thing and original server brought our to-go fries and we left.
As we left restaurant she was smoking, which is fine, but where was the attention to the customer actively dining. Bad experience with service this time. We don’t go to town often and we’re looking forward to this, as we drive some distance from the west peninsula.

Pretty good just like remembered. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the blue cheese burger and not the bacon cheese fondue. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I ordered the fried pickles and when they came out they were cold and greasy. The girl behind the bar never ask how the food was. I did try and eat them but could not. Ordered the shrimp, the broccoli was cold no garlic and very dry didn’t eat at all. The sweet potato fries again were greasy, lightly warm and no seasoning. The server never did come by except to see if I wanted more of the fries. I thought I would see if there were any better. Nope the were a little bit warmer.
I stopped going to Red Robin due to service. Thought I would try again. Tacoma is good, but would not recommend the Silverdale one at all.

This was a holiday evening, the place was jam packed by 530 with a 40 minute wait. It was impressive to see a restaurant filled to capacity on a weeknight; hundreds of diners. And the Red Robin team was stellar from the moment we arrived: Atleast four hosts working the check in system. Once we arrived at our table, the staff were non stop serving guests with efficiency. And a smile. They all seemed really happy with their work. And the bottomless fries were served quickly as we waited for our food. A job well done by the RR team overall. Again, impressive given the numbers being served.

Left on an empty stomach with my elderly mom and hungry toddler. After watching others get served in a larger party that came after us, I was confident our order wasn’t placed with the kitchen. When inquiring with another helpful waitress, our meal would be ready in additional 15-20min. I chalked it up to a young staff who was okay leaving patrons unattended. It was a busy Friday, but we’re still hungry and disappointed.

Its a little loud, but once you bite into your food it really doesn’t matter how loud it is. Food was exceptional. 1st time there and will definitily go back. As my grandson Colton said, “Its the bomb”.

My daughter and I went in for my birthday burger and had a great experience. Our waiter, Patrick was very kind and attentive. We’ve been going here for the past 14 years, the service is always good, although sometimes slow on a busy night. Give yourself an hour minimum. They run good promos if you sign up for their royalty rewards program.

Reeeed Robin, Yum! Absolutely true! My wife decided to treat us to lunch and I am so glad she did! First of all I’d like to start off saying that my wife is battling cancer and the chemo compromises her immune system and I requested to be seated away from the rest of the customers. And I know what you’re thinking, “Then why go out at all?” Well she just wanted some sense of normalcy. Our wonderful host graciously understood and seated us in a nice little private booth against the wall in the corner. Thank you Bro, you’re awesome. Not only that but the manager himself came over to check on us, you guys are the real heroes. The food was amazing! I got the Royal Robin burger, the Wife got Clucks and fries and our daughter ordered mini corn dogs and it was all amazing!
