Ordered via mobile and watched 4 other orders appear and get served while my. Paid for large chili and got a small. Was handed bag without burger in it. Burger had been sitting at counter for almost 10 minutes.
Beans in chili were hard suggesting that the batch was removed from the pot early. Chili was also lukewarm and the resivoir was open the whole time I was there______

Have a second try. Tried the new Chicken Tenders, Spicy Nuggets fries and Chili. Tenders were actually quite good and the new sauces were all wonderful. Nuggets were lukewarm fries were missing and I waited over 5 minutes with my receipt in hand before anyone noticed I was there. When I got the fries some were hard in the middle
Chili, like last time the Pinto Beans specifically were also hard and the chili was barely warm.
While waiting to be noticed about the fries a homeless man walked in pulled out a cup and filled up at the soda machine completely unnoticed because no one watches the front counter at all. I
I love Wendy’s but I’m done with this one for most items. Please be better

I have ordered food from here for work multiple times as a treat and I get a Oreo brownie vanilla frosty without brownie batter and with extra cookies bc they won’t let me just add cookies to vanilla frosty and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Including righh now- one that just got delivered. Has been wrong. I can’t have obsessive amounts of chocolate and it makes me sick. I wish they would pay attention for once with their frosty. Not everyone can have boat loads of sugar. Even if for a treat. Also how do I ask for none and literally get extra? I tried it and it’s so sweet I could be ill. Very unhappy about this.

This is without question the most poorly run fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. It is almost literally a coin flip each time I go there whether or not I will be able to be actually order and receive food. Sometimes there is no one physically at the restaurant despite the lights being on and it being during their listed open hours. Sometimes they can only take Uber Eats orders so they have to turn away customers that drive themselves through the drive through. I am astounding that this restaurant is still open after years of this kind of behavior. You are unquestionably better off going to literally any other Taco Bell than this one. Buyers beware.

I recently visited this Wendy’s and it was a good experience. I dined in and ordered the number one combo with cheese and ten spicy chicken nuggets with the ghost pepper ranch sauce. Nice and clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Parking on the the sides is the building. Decent prices.

Send my daughter to get a taco salad and the lettuce are brown and the tortilla strips are old. Too bad I can’t take it back do to my driving restrictions cause a recent surgery. Wish I could give a 0 star

The food is hot and good, the store is clean. However, the young lady there have handing out food for lunch today (10/4/25) is not happy to be at work trust and it shows. From her obvious annoyance at the man asking if she spoke Spanish, annoyed at people needing the restroom, annoyed at people ordering at your counter, but on top of all that there’s not even communication, outside of spouting out the door code numbers. No thank you for coming or anything similarly cordial. If you love Wendy’s, just past this one. There’s more to working at a restaurant, including fast food, then just getting the food out fast.

Ordered food, received stale fries and old nuggets and what looks like uncooled bacon. Ordered BBQ sauce, no BBQ sauce. Also didn’t recieve a straw, but I’m not sure if that’s policy or just another mistake on their part. My money is on them just being incapable of completing simple tasks.

The AI run drive-through is absolutely worthless. It’s awful at customizing orders, and it gets the orders wrong every time. Stop trying to replace workers with a robot that can’t even do the job right.

I wish I could share details on their food, but unfortunately despite their posted hours being listed as until 2 AM when we arrived in the drive thru at 1:25 we were told it was door dash pick up only and we’re not allowed to order.
