If I could give zero stars I would! My family 4 adults 3 kids (ages 6, 7, and 12) came to eat Sunday night to celebrate my 6 year old birthday! We were seated at a table with 6 chairs and they just pulled another chair up and called it good. If anyone that has ever raised, kids would know that three kids bunched up at the end of the table with their legs touching would cause a fight so I requested a bigger table and it took them literally 10 minutes To move us. Once they moved us, our server came with a trainee and they took our drink orders and appetizers Once they were done, we never saw our server again just the trainee. Our drinks were filled one time after we got our appetizers and then we waited an hour and 45 minutes before our food came out. When we made a complaint, they said that they would send the manager out and never did we had to go upfront and ask to speak with the manager. The manager came back her name was Chloe She was real nice and accommodating said that she wasn’t gonna charge us for this meal because it was stone, cold and incorrect And then she asked if we could come another day So she could remake the meal and give us the proper good service we deserved. She pulled out the schedule and said that she closed the coming Wednesday and that it’s not very busy and she’d love for us to come back for a free meal. Shocked that she offered another free meal after not charging us for the stone cold incorrect meal we waited almost 2 hours for I made sure that’s what she meant and she then again said yes come back Wednesday night when I close for a free meal and I’ll make sure you have the service you deserve. Why we wouldn’t get good service any night why you wouldn’t strive for good service every night is beyond me, but we drove all the way back. Two car loads of people for our free meal for her There, so the assistant manager on duty, which was extremely nice sadly I didn’t catch her name called her GM, who then was nasty and aggressive toward us and didn’t honor what his assistant manager offered. No, we did not ask for free food. No, we were not begging for the free food, but to be offered it and then drive out of your way to Find out that we were lied to is extremely aggravating.

After we were sat, we were not attended to for around 30 minutes. Finally, we grabbed the host when he sat other people and asked if we could get drinks. After that, our server finally came and asked us what we wanted. We put in our entire order at once because we were more than ready by then. We then had to ask for straws and silverware. Our server checked on us a total of 4 times the entire time we were there. Our cookie skillet was lukewarm and the ice cream and whipped cream was half melted by the time we received it. It is very disappointing to see the place very dirty. Food served was good, and our server was very friendly. They were also served quickly. The stuff which is supposed to be on the trash can lies on the floor which is a little disgusting, and is the initial impression one would get even before having a drink or food. The mango jalapeño margarita was one of the best drinks we had.

We came on January 18th on one of the kiddos birthdays expecting good service and great food. Our food came out ice cold. We saw our waitress who was training once the entire night. The trainee we saw twice. We weren’t checked on besides that. We were getting up to leave as our ice cold food was coming out. The order was completely wrong as well. The manager offered to remake food that night but due to it being late we declined. She advised us to come back another night and she would remake the food. We asked to confirm she would be remaking the food for free. She said come back on Wednesday 1/21. We showed up and the manager who told us that wasn’t there. The manager who was there was kind enough to try and figure it out. The general manager said no we aren’t remaking food when you got free cold food that got thrown away after saying I yelled at him when i didn’t. The general manager didn’t even try to solve the problem, he just tried to turn it around on our entire party. The kids didn’t even get what they wanted for their birthday dinner because of this restuarants shitty food and service. The owner needs to call me or I will never step foot into another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again.

Clarissa is great! She was patient with us and made us laugh. Very personable and excellent service. I hope her manager sees this and gives her accolades because she made our evening fun.
Buffalo wild wings is always good for the black bean burger. I enjoyed mine and the hatch chili queso.
We sat in the dining area and we never felt rushed even though it was close to closing time. Staff are smiling and pleasant. Lots of TVs. Clean bathrooms.

This is probably one of the worst buffalo wild wings I’ve been to. I’ve been to many. Even though I live nearby I refuse to go here. The chicken is NEVER fresh. It tastes as if it sits around until it’s ordered. BARELY at room temp. You also have to ask for extra sauce because they come out dry 85% of the time. I wouldn’t and do not recommend anyone to visit the place. Visit with very low expectations and you may be impressed. Don’t come with high expectations that’s for sure.

***So update to review: the owner responded to me below to go to site below and they will make it right. I did this.. So far no calls or anything to make anything right. Same as manager saying they would call me the next day. No calls. No email. Now a week later.. Looking unlikely. ***

I don’t usually give bad reviews. And I usually like Buffalo wild wings. But everyone must hesitate if you order from this place for carry out or delivery. I ordered 10 medium hot wings, and the platter of fries. I paid in advance, and I even gave a tip in advance.
I received about 25 tiny old dry fries when I got home inside the little package. And then I received nine dry wings with one drop of sauce on one of the wings. And when I say dry wings, I mean dry wings. And isn’t it supposed to be 10 wings? With medium buffalo sauce shouldn’t it be covered in it?
Not a tasty situation!
I called the manager and he acts like it’s gonna be a huge process in order to get a refund or to do anything to fix this problem.
TBH it was really the managers pompous way of speaking on the phone that caused me to even write this review on 6/14/2024 evening.
The manager tells me he has to get with his district manager in order to see if they can do anything about it. What a process to please customers.

We dined in tonight. Normally the food is amazing and the server is pretty great too. Tonight.. not so much. Our server, Tiffany, took our order and then we only saw her one more time after that. She never checked on us. We needed drink refills and my wings had literally next to no sauce on them and so I needed some sauce. My food was cold waiting for her to come back by. I had to get another server to help us with our needs. (He was great btw) She finally came back an hour later at the end of our meal and gave us our ticket to pay. I think alittle table touching and checking your customer is happy will go a long way next time.

I’ve been here multiple times, and every time the service has been abysmal. We’re lucky if we see our server once every 15 minutes. The food always takes incredibly long to come out as well As for taste, it’s solid, but probably not worth the long wait. If the times got up, it would be great, but the wait and the service are simply not worth it.
Edit: I wrote this while waiting for our food. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food was about 55 minutes and our server never checked on us once. I’d much rather go to Chili’s or Red Robin instead.

Honestly the fried pickles was good but the wings were cold as if they were just sitting out at room temp. On top of that our server Clarissa seemed really awkward with me and my fiance and seemed to only come to check on us the 2 times I got up to go to the bathroom. It was my first time ever coming here and honestly we won’t be coming back. I am not impressed and the bill was way more than I expected it to be. Could have spent my money elsewhere instead of spending it on food that was mediocre at best. Lil Caesars wings are way better and at least they’re fresh and hot
