Holy update! Had a great experience here — we dined in and the food was amazing, the restaurant was super clean, and the management checked on us as did the server multiple times. You can tell they’ve improved their food quality and processes nationwide. We will be back! Love it —the vibes inside are good too.

Had a late night online order to pick up. Got there and they were slammed with doordash and online orders with a handful college kids in the lobby. ALEXIS WAS ABSOLUTELY SLAYING IT!! BAM! ORDER UP! BAM! ORDER UP! One right aftern another and another. Taking the little extra time to be sure the correct order went to the correct person and that all items were accounted for. I wish more people had this level of care and pride in what they did. When my order was ready my interaction with Alexis was outstanding! I had a bit of a rough day, Alexis positive attitude and great smile helped bring it back a little. Bottom line everyone at this streak and shake crushes it and is an example of how things should run. Alexis especially stood out this visit with overall amazingness ( side note her uniform was very neat and tidy and clean – with a tucked in shirt, very professional – for how hard she was working). Keep it up!

Stopped in here because we have not had steak ‘n shake in years. Well it didn’t disappoint, the service was amazing and the food was fresh and prepared as we ordered it as it should be. The fries are so much better now that they are fried in tallow. Hard to hate on this place when it’s this damn good.

I just wanted to share how amazing Anthony was as our cashier at the window this afternoon! From the moment we pulled up, he greeted us with such a warm and genuine attitude. He was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire order/checkout process.
You don’t see much good customer service nowadays. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such positive energy to their work, and it honestly made our whole experience that much better.

Relatively good cook time, even better service! Burger happened to be a bit cold and I only had a 5min drive from the location and even put it in a bag that helps preserve the heat so that was a bit disappointing, but could be the two extra veggies I asked on it changing the patty temp. (the onions were cold as if they came from the fridge) overall good though as like I said at the beginning. Great place to get some affordable food on the go!

Had amazing service. Good food. I also got to witness one of the kindest things that has happened recently, one of the employees, Cory, noticed an older couple come in and just sit down. He went out to them and took them to the kiosk and helped them order. Walking them through the menu and helping with payment. He was so gentle and kind, taking extra time with them. Then he cleaned their table and made sure they had silverware and everything. It takes a special person to do this and it made me so happy to see there are still people who care!! This has always been a favorite place to go but this just made it even better. I hope this reaches Cory and he know what an amazing person he is!

I miss when this was a table service place instead of a more standard fast food chain. It definitely lost some of its charm because of that change. The food was really good, I got the double cheeseburger which tasted really fresh. The beef tallow fries are definitely a selling point as well. However, I definitely hate the qr code drink machines. You scan a code that activates the machine for a set amount of time, but its super finicky and by the time the foam settles so you can fill your drink to the top, the timer is over. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. 3.5 out of 5 altogether

What are the top customer service at this store. And now that they have their freeze cooked in beef tallow. They have become my favorite fast food restaurant. I can have Fry’s again because I do not consume seed oils.

Went to eat. Got food pretty quickly. We did not receive our shakes until we were ready to leave. Which was almost an hour later. This is not okay. We will not be going back.
