It started out great. My husband was playing in with my two year old grandson with a straw in the paper by blowing it off the straw. The waitress, older lady Paige, came over, grabbed the paper off the straw when the straw was in my husband’s mouth and said, it’s wet and threw it in the trash. We were shocked but didn’t say nothing. She brought our appetizer and started raising her voice and saying it is hot. Looking at my two-year-old grandson. Don’t touch, it is hot. Don’t touch, it is hot raising her voice, more and more terrifying him to where he could barely breathe as he was crying from her, raising her voice at him for no apparent reason. He wasn’t even reaching for the food. She really needs to know her place, and she apparently didn’t know.
The food was good and then she brought my receipt, seeing that I had a gift card laying on the table. She grabs it and starts paying for our food on the table at table assistant instead of letting us look at the receipt or anything. Very angry and annoyed as I already was, i looked at her and told her that I would finish paying it when my husband got back to the table. We did leave her a small tip. It was at least 20% but I advise her to read this and think about how she acted and to not treat other customers like this.

Ordered from the catering menu for a company event. Hands-down the best experience ever! From the user friendly site to the delivery and set up, everything was perfect. Paige reached out to follow up on order, Dan delivered and set up. Both were personable and very helpful! The food was outstanding! KUDOS Outback for the food quality and excellent staff! This location’s catering is amazing and I highly recommend. Can’t wait to use them for our next event!

Very disappointing. Ordered deliver here once and it was solid. Decided I’d do it again tonight and a completely different experience. Food over cooked. Had two baked potatoes in the order. One was missing and the other is hardly any bigger than a fingerling potato. They wouldn’t dare serve this to someone face to face.

Service was exceptionally well. The food was good. Had the steak and lobster and half rack of Ribs which are very tender falling off the bone. My only negative is that the place was cold. You need to have a sweater or light jacket. I do believe they give a military discount to veterans and active duty.

My shrimp could’ve stayed on the Barbie for a touch longer but the floor manager was amazing! She offered to replace or remove from my tab. I appreciated that. I also really admired the fact that Manager Paige was so attentive to the floor and guests. One of the best managers I’ve seen on a floor since pre COVID ! Our service was 5 star, our daughter made a new BFF

A comically bad experience. The waiter blaming the kitchen for food not arriving, getting the order wrong after being asked to repeat it multiple times. Being brought other people’s food. Being brought extra food saying it’s free, but it wasn’t (?!) Manager comping with a gift card that didn’t work. Boxing up our late food, which was most our meal without asking. Guess we’ll eat half our dinner at home now. What on earth was that experience? That was pure circus and embarrassing to experience. I won’t be back.

Great food. Great waiter. Went for lunch but chose from the dinner menu. Two drinks and 2 6 ounce sirloin dinners were $43. With tip, we spent $50. The steaks were so tender.
