SO…..Mel. was.our server. She was wonderful. So polite and sweet and accurate with the order. It was honestly one of the best times I have ever had at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the order was executed perfectly, and everything was delivered so much faster than we were expecting due to the number of people they had in the restaurant. I cant say enough about how wonderful and delightful this experience was. We DEF. RECOMMEND this restaurant. We have been here many times but never has the service been this excellent, the food this good and the atmosphere was def. Family friendly. AMAZING JOB CHILIS OF GULFPORT. We will be back.

Skye was an absolute standout server!
From the moment we sat down, Skye was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She kept our drinks constantly refilled (which is huge for me!), checked in at just the right times, and had such a warm, fun personality that she honestly made the whole meal more enjoyable. She turned a regular dinner at Chili’s into a really great time.
If you’re lucky enough to get Skye as your server, you’re in for a treat. Thanks for the awesome service, Skye — we’ll definitely be back!

I was told chili’s had a very good hamburger, so the wife and I had to try it. It had been a good 20 years sense we had been at Chili’s. Yes the burger was very good with a lot of fries and a side all for $10.99. The wife had a salmon dinner that was wonderful. The best part of the hole lunch was the service Justin gave us, he was one of the best servers I have ever had. Justin took the time to help us with the menu and all of the specials, seeing we had not be there for 20 years. Will be back and must try the baby back ribs. Great experience from all the worker we encountered.

This was the worst dining experience of my entire life. I would never visit this place again hostess were awful service was terrible and manager was the worst of all. Server was inattentive hostesses had bad attitudes I requested the manager they never came to my table. I asked my for steak to be medium and it came out burnt we waited for about 45 minutes for our food. We were served in to go cups which we did not request. Never asked us if we needed refills, by the time the food came out I was done.

I recently visited Chili’s and was extremely disappointed with the service my party received. Our waiter never returned to check on our table after initially taking our order. We were left without follow-up, refills, or any effort to ensure our meals were correct or satisfactory. At one point, the hostess insisted on getting the manager involved due to the lack of service, yet the manager never came to our table to address the situation. To make matters worse, our beverages were served in to-go cups, which we did not request, further contributing to the feeling that we were not being properly accommodated as dine-in guests. Came here on a Thursday night with my wife and son to be seated and had to wait 55 minutes for our food to come out. I ordered a chicken sandwich, wife ordered a quasadea and my son got creamy chicken pasta off the kids menu. Additionally during the wait i only saw the waitress once. the table behind us waited a total of an hour and 10 minutes for their food. A couple that both got the 6oz steak and fires. The staff also charged a man for a different tables meal and instead of contacting the man they told the other table to just pay his bill even though it was significantly less than theirs. Absolutely horrible experience over all. My familh comes here regularly and regularly has issues with the kitchen not pushing out food quickly and the waitresses not doing their job but this was the last time we will be dining at this establishment. If you value your time i suggest texas road house down the road or apple bees.

Food tasted like it a microwave. When I got my fajitas. I had to wait a while to ask for a plate to make them on. She dropped and left. I also felt very rushed and got overwhelmed at the beginning when I was sitting down. Some of the staff were horrid rude to each other. Not really to customers, but other employees. You could hear it. 2 crew were being rude to the manager (?) And he did nothing about it. Also one table got seated and someone walked by us saying they didn’t even wipe the table yet. The most annoying was we had to wait a little more than 10 minutes for a box/check.

Service was fast but that was the only good thing about it. My burgers were completely undercooked and as was my chicken too. Chicken texture is never suppose to be choppy. Cook I assume was rushing, I get it. But don’t rush while you’re cooking meats that’s how you get people sick. Ended throwing away half the food I bought. Other than that, manager offered me for them to remake the food or take a gift card. Service was fine, food was just undercooked.
