I was very much satisfied with our experience this morning. The staff was quick to be helpful to no only us, both others. The food overall was cooked well and tasted fantastic. My only complaint was that the chili had a little too much salt cooked with it, other than that it was all fantastic and satisfying. My girlfriend and I will Definitely be returning!

Overall, the food was good; little cold, but good. The service was good, however our order was made incorrectly, even after being taken from the mobile order computer. Only other complaint is that the price per quantity of food went up a lot. It’s not entirely worth the money for what you get right now. The service was “quick” to fix our order, thus the 4 star.

We had a decent experience. You can only order from the kiosk now but it does make the process quicker during peak hours. Unfortunately, our order was served incorrectly (missing cheese fries) but they were quick to correct this. Overall, the food was good except for the chili and aside from missing an item, customer service was as to be expected from a fast food restaurant.

We stopped here for lunch while on a road trip. The burgers were delicious. My husband got the garlic burger, and I got the butter burger. We both really enjoyed them. It was definitely a good decision to stop and dine in instead of trying to eat them in the car, though. They were quite messy. We’ll definitely be dining here again in the future.

We decided to stop here after some shopping nearby and the place was busy but with a few tables still open. You order at a kiosk that is just inside the doors and then pick up your food from the counter when your name is called. The ordering process was easy and quick. Our food was ready within minutes of placing the order but my order was incorrect. The person that was wiping tables, took my food and got it fixed straight away.
The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Well lit dining area and reasonable prices. Overall, it was a good experience.

I really like the new look at Steak N Shake. It is welcoming and honestly not missing having someone take my order. It was clean snd the food was not. I do miss a bowl of chilli, they only have cups now. They do give you a massive cup when you get cheese (thanks!).

Having nothing bad to say about the place, except that they totally changed the ingredients. Maybe it’s just this place- but the bun was huge and dry, meat tasted different and I’ve been going to Steak ‘n Shake since I was 13. Employees were great, but the burger was a disappointment 🙁

I would not recommend anyone eating here ! Everything we ordered today was wrong and undercooked! My chicken tenders were RAW! There were other people while we were there sending back their food because undercooked! Will not be back . I’m praying I don’t get sick from the raw chicken . We told them and they didn’t even refund our $33.00.
