The coconut margarita is the best. Everywhere else I’ve had one, uses a premade mix, but theirs are fresh and not too sweet.

The enchiladas were delicious, but the birria tacos are definitely the star of the show—so good. The margaritas were excellent too. There was a bit of a wait, but we grabbed drinks at the bar and were served quickly once seated. Service was friendly and attentive. Totally worth it!

The drinks were delicious and well-crafted, and I really appreciated that they were able to make mocktails from the regular drinks. That was definitely the highlight of the experience. Our server was also attentive, kind, and checked in appropriately throughout the meal.
Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The Mexican chicken dip was essentially a dry buffalo chicken dip with a very light sprinkle of queso fresco on top—nothing like what you’d expect. The avocado crunch salad was soggy and overly sweet, with the chili Brussels sprouts being the only standout dish.
The entrees were the biggest letdown. The chicken tinga enchiladas used the same dry chicken as the dip and were honestly inedible- dry, hard tortillas, browning lettuce, and no moisture or flavor to redeem the dish. My husband ordered the double chicken fajitas, but instead of extra protein, it came with a lot more onions and barely any chicken. The fried avocado tacos tasted like they were fried in stale over fried oil.
Overall, we’d consider coming back for drinks at the bar and maybe chips and salsa during happy hour or before heading elsewhere for dinner. However, this is definitely NOT the place to go if you’re looking for a good Mexican meal.

I came out with my family to celebrate my birthday and it was the most beautiful day to come. All the Christmas decorations are up and it looks beautiful inside. Our server, Riley, was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend the food and the atmosphere! Love this place!

A quiet bar in a Monday night, with great food. We had the spicy crispy chicken tacos, birria tacos, Korean beef tacos, and crispy Brussels sprouts. We really enjoyed the food. The bartender was extremely attentive. We would definitely return.

I ordered the “Central Chopped Salad” add Shrimp and Chicken. Great size and portion! Fresh ingredients and beautiful appearance. Even with a leg injury the lady was still welcoming and friendly. I sat at the bar area around 2pm on a Friday. My first time visiting the establishment! The welcoming hostess was very friendly and had the biggest brightest smile . It made me smile! I can’t wait to come back during the summer with the family. The music was more carribean and neosoul then Mexican, but I actually enjoyed it. So good choice! I am an island girl after all. ❤️

We had such a great experience at Central Taco and Tequila last night (Wednesday 2/11)! The service was absolutely top-notch from the moment we sat down. Gabryela took amazing care of us — attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. She made sure we had everything we needed and more.
We also had the pleasure of chatting with the GM, Jeremy who doesn’t usually work Wednesday nights but happened to be there. He was personable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for guests.
Between the warm hospitality and the overall vibe, it was a fantastic midweek night out. We’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is friendly and welcoming. I was greeted and sat immediately! Staff is friendly and pleasant. The food is phenomenal! Every time I’ve been to Central I’ve gotten the shrimp and chorizo tacos and they have been the same every time! The same with the drinks! I really enjoy the consistency of the bar and kitchen. The manager Jim was so sweet! He came by our table to make sure everything was going well and it was nice to see the manager really engaging with guests! I feel like you don’t see that everywhere. Definitely a special restaurant! 10/10 experience every time I’ve been to Central. I’ll definitely be back!

We wanted to go somewhere Christmas-y before shopping and we were not disappointed. Our bartender Nick was really spot-on in helping us pick out cocktails based on what flavors we liked. The Jack Frost and Blood orange margarita were perfect along with the boozy hot chocolate for dessert. The food was delicious as always and the service was perfect. I worked in several restaurants over a couple decades and felt this experience provided by Nick and the staff deserved some recognition. Thanks!!!!
